I wanted to take a moment and make this Tiger doll for the Lunar New Year, and I kind of had this design in the back of my mind for quite some time now. She is a mixture of a few inspirations, but I really love how she turned out, and I hope you guys do too!

You drawing on the line for the stockings brought back the memory of my Great-Aunt telling me how during the war she and her friends would draw the stocking lines up the back of each others legs and use tea to dye their legs for a night out dancing. Her pride and joy back then was a pair of knickers and a bullet bra made from parachute silk that she embroidered with little flowers. Thank you for bringing back those memories. 😊

That is such a perfect explanation for his style, he has such a high fashion graphic aesthetic. As someone who really likes fashion but I have little to virtually no knowledge on the subject, his work really inspires me and his commentary in each of his videos help inform me more and more!!

Now on to the doll, she's absolutely stunning! She's definitely giving me Josie and the Pussycats vibes, but like extra sexy and fierce. Love all the little details, too, like the blushing and lines under the tights. And those stripes are just 🤌💋 Idk how you managed to make them look organic and still so sharp and crisp, but they look amazing!

Have you ever heard of Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill! ? This film's main character, Varla, reminds me a lot of your customized dolls. She's a real femme fatale, a very striking and seductive lady who can be strong and powerful when she needs to. And her makeup is just awesome. Tura Satana did a great job in that film. Since you're into vintage/retro aesthetics, you should check it out!
I thought for sure one of the inspirations would be Poison Ivy, guitarist of The Cramps! If you don't know about her you gotta look her up, her glam/punk/fetish fashion is to die for, there's a lot of photos of her in a tiger body suit

She's gorgeous and as fierce as a real tiger! I can hear her roar! I love how you always combine real fashion trends/designs that you love with other things, I love hearing more about why you chose a certain look. She's amazing, she's definitely not a Cheeto or pumpkin, I love everything about her, but my favorite parts has got to be her eyes and that classic beauty mark. I do wished that the ears were more accurate, only because I love tigers and have worked with them and love the reason behind their ears. To be more clear, the back of tiger's ears are black with a spot of white. The black with the white spots look like eyes, it's supposed to act as a warning and discourage other predators like wolves/bears from attacking them, almost like the false eyes are saying, "I see you, don't even think about it." But I still love her! Thanks for sharing!
This look is incredible -A great homage. Can I recommend a nail paint liner brush? A total game changer. And there are lots of affordable nail art brush sets on Amazon.

I’ve been too afraid of messing up, and regretting taking a chance. Happy accidents are just a part of art that I’m learning to become friendly with.
