For your information, you may now use the IO macro as they've fixed/unpatched it, consider this video another way of speed glitching. EDIT: This may no longer work for Da Hood however you can use this for other Da Hood games like Hood Modded.
Try loading the project file I provided in the description into TGMacro, the key bind to use the IO macro is "Q," and the key bind to use the Shift Lock macro is "Z."
This macro method I believe is patched in Da Hood which may be why yours 'spazzes' out. This video was uploaded back when they patched the 'io' macro method and was meant to be an alternative method. I recommend you use an 'io' macro for Da Hood.
Make sure you have an FPS Unlocker running in the background, make your Roblox in-game graphics low, since speed glitching relies on your FPS. However if these tweaks doesn't affect your performance then I recommend safely optimizing your device for better performance and FPS. And if this still doesn't do anything then I apologize but I don't have anything else I can tell you to help you with your issue.
If you know how to speed glitch you get the glitch ready, you then hold "S" to go backwards and run your macro. You have to hold "S" in order for the speed glitch to work.
If you loaded the project file the bind should be Q or Z, if you've manually set it up, you set the keybind to whatever key of your choice. If you're talking about the speed glitch itself, you do the greet emote and when your arm is about to touch your head you equip a weapon and unequip a weapon quickly.
Try loading the project file I provided in the description into TGMacro, the key bind to use the IO macro is "Q," and the key bind to use the Shift Lock macro is "Z."
Make sure you're doing the speed glitch correctly, and keep in mind that this shift lock macro may not work in Da Hood and that this is a 3rd person macro.
Turns out that for Da Hood this shift lock macro doesn't work since they fixed the whole io macro bug. So people can go back to using the io macro on Da Hood. However this shift lock macro could probably work on other Da Hood games like Hood Modded.

You won't be able to go as fast but you'll still be able to macro.
@@KiwisASkid i just tried it on hood modded and its pretty fast, hard to control but still👍

I apologize for the late response, the key bind should be "Shift + F5."

It isn't, many users use TGMacro for macros including myself, but it's your choice whether if you want to use the application or not.
