Players like Origi and Milner are so important for teams that are going for trophies. They work hard, are loved in the dressing room, don't get negative press/live quietly and are always ready when called upon. Players like that are just as important as Salah, Mane, VVD etc
Just like Gary McAllister who played with one of the best teams back then his experience and maturity up there with Milner is definitely why KLOPP brought him to Anfield he won it all with Man City & well deserved to but now he’s a Liverpool legend who makes the team even better with him playing he’s another one who will missed when he finally hangs up his boots...........💯❤️🏆🏆🏆🏆🤞🏾⚽️❤️💯L.F.C.4.LIFE
I believe Origi is such a clutch player because he offers something totally different from how Liverpool currently plays. While that means it is difficult for him to fit into the normal play style... whenever our play style is hampered by our opponents, Origi makes it possible to change the dynamics and acts as a "trump card - like in the game of Bridge" to counter the opposition. That this can happen with the introduction of just 1 player, and how effectively he does it shows how important he is in terms of strategic and tactical impact. I don't think any substitute has ever had such a significant impact historically in the EPL. Divork Origi is indeed a legend in his own right!!!
Man doesn't suit up for 20 games, warms up for 5 mins then gets you a game winning goal. Lol. What a legend. That clip of him taking off his jumper with a calm look is iconic.
Yes, I will never forget Origi and other players on the Liverpool team in the past 20 years. They trained hard and performed well with a single goal which is to win as a team. Love the Liverpool team!
I remember tha quick corner by TAA in the 2nd leg vs Barcelona in 2019. People applauding his quick thinking but a lot are overlooking Origi's one touch finishing.
When everyone else thought the ball was gone, Origi kept his eyes on it and when Pickford blundered, Origi knew - he just knew that it will land right for him to head it in. Pure instinct. Sad to see him go, the man deserves to have a full regular starts in games.
Klopp doesn't play him because he's terrible at pressing and Klopp plays a false nine like Firmino, Jota and now, Mane. Pressing is very important to Klopp for a striker and Origi just doesn't do that enough. But when it comes to pure striking instinct, Origi is the best we have, that's why Klopp kept him for so long.
@@youngbae5187 agreed, he just simply not fit for klopp system when striker also doing a track back and cover up a defense when needed thats why origi are the least option from all liverpool striker, but the amazing thing about him is he never complain and always give his best everytime and also often coming clutch to save the team thats why he are loved by Liverpool fans, hope he can find success in another team next season.
He's gonna be SORELY missed, can't believe we gotta let him go. Milan is getting a prolific scorer and one who's bailed us out countless times! When he was one of the reasons why we beat Barca for the best comeback in UCL history, I was losing my mind! YNWA ORIGI! THANK YOU!
big game player, always turns up when we needed it the most. i aint even mad when he wanted out to have more playtime, thanks for the memory, ABSOLUTE LEGEND
The first ever derby was played on the 13th of October 1894, exactly 106 years before I was born. This game has existed for 127 years. Origi is already the joint tenth highest scorer in it. If only we had him for another 20 years, he'd eventually overtake Ian Rush. 😂
Honestly he deserves more recognition among Liverpool fans. Even thought he sometimes doesn't even make the squad, he always delivers when being called upon. He is an unsung hero.
We will, especially when he is linked to Milan and is likely going. Breaks my heart to see him leave cause he is quite underrated and is there to help us in tricky occasions. He might have fallen off the line of a starting eleven but it's players like him, Milner and the likes of Joe gomez will win us trophies. And so they did.
As much as most of us would love to have around as to what he has to offer us when all the options fails, we need to be fair to this chap.... He will forever remain in our hearts for the unforgettable heroic acts when we needed him the most... YNWA Origi, once a legend, Always A Legend❤️

Origi is a Hero at Anfield & Merseyside he has scored some of the most important goals in the biggest games when we’ve needed it the most (his last minute winner at Everton & the Semifinals against Barcelona will be talked about for years to come and even tho he doesn’t get as much game time as he would want he still does his job when he’s been called upon (SUPER SUB ORIGI the cult hero he will always have a place in my heart and with all the real Liverpool fans he is a part of the title winning team and deserves his medals and flowers) Liverpool fc for life 💯❤️👍🏾🏆🏆🏆🏆⚽️❤️💯

I only have total respect for him.. his football, his commitment, his personality.. If he leaves, he'll be sorely missed & whenever he comes back & play against us, he derserves nothing less than total standing ovations 👋👋👋👋👋 YNWA Divock!!!
That West Brom game was so significant for the team. It was when they saluted the kop and were derided for it after a 2-2, but it was the start of something very special and took the player/fan connection to another level.
Although his time is up at the club, he almost always showed he can be valuable in the attack and that he can be a goal threat. I’ll always love him for his clutch factors and the early Klopp era when he and Lallana were excellent starting like every game
We always smile when Liverpool win the game, but we smile bigger when Origi scored. He gave us so many happiness in memorable moments. Thank you Mr Divock Origi, wish you have a great career in the future :)
As a lifelong Liverpool fan I can't express enough how much Origi made me fall in love with football all over again and that was emphasised by Klopp coming over from Dortmund who for me were the team I admired the most at the time for the way they played. I don't think a player ever excites me as much as him in those big games, he is inevitable. His goals vs Dortmund in europa league 15/16 deserve a mention too. Scored home and away
