Crafted World wasn’t bad. I think is good. It’s just not as good as Wooly World
@@octaviocontrerasvalle811 Crafted World gets repetitive with how many times you have to replay stages in order to find collectibles. The music is also nowhere close to how good it is in Woolly World.

I've seen a lot of people comment on Yoshi's texture in distaste/confusion: I'm pretty sure it's supposed to mimic felt, so that Yoshi himself also looks 'crafted'.

Imagine if this game came out on the 3DS. The emphasis on foreground VS background would have been perfect

Yoshis Woolly World just feels more fun. I feel the same way about crafted getting a bit stale. I wish they'd make a 2nd Woolly or at least port it to switch.
Agreed. Woolly World is more creative and enjoyable in its gameplay. Crafted World, while still a good game and I'm happy I got to play it, does get a bit stale after a while, especially with how many times it forces you to replay certain stages in search of collectibles. It's not the type of game I would want to replay, unlike Woolly World.
This game is my low-energy completionist game; it's not as good as wooly world but I still love it

I am curious though: Will Nintendo pull the trigger and just make a 3D Yoshi game? Sure Mario could ride the green dinosaur in Sunshine, Galaxy 2 and post game in Odyssey and he was playable in 64 DS, but I mean a 3D game that is entirely his own. I think it can work, if Kirby’s first 3D adventure is anything to go by.

More than Story, but that's not saying much. You're better off with Poochy and Yoshi's Wooly World on 3DS.

If only the game’s OST was as good as wooly world’s… Wooly World has one of my favorite OSTs of all time, so I was very disappointed with this game on that front.

I love the game but I would never understand the choice for lullaby music. Some of it bops, I even like the boss music, but doesn't match what I'm seeing. They could have add some umpf to it like Yoshi's Island soundtrack.
I would say both Crafted and Woolly were not as edgy as the original. Yoshi needs to deliver a baby to add that sense of danger to the world.
Funny how this came out around the same time as Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

If they had to get rid of one of them, it should have been purple. Purple Yoshi just looks...wrong somehow. And it's only been in like 2 or 3 games anyway.
woolly world is a game i cry while playing because of how nostalgic the music is. crafted world is a game i never finished because of how annoying the music is. enough said.
