I work out of town and use AirBNB and extended stay frequently. The trend is a full size fridge, which really enhance the level of comfort. Larger, powerful microwaves are also very helpful to keep one from going out to eat daily! It's the small things that makes a difference! In some locations with laundry facility; sometimes they offer monthly rates for those staying longer. It's a clean and nice unit, but I will feel clusterphobic in the living room. Most of my time would be spent in the bedroom, or on the balcony. It's an adequate space, thanks for sharing!
I loved the bedroom size, the bathroom was beautiful and the patio was a wonderful added bonus. For me, the living room is a no go. Layout is crucial in a small space. If at all possible, the kitchen quarters could have been placed along the back wall in a single formation and cabinets above or below. Then a small table w. two chairs could accommodate the kitchenette along the wall. The sofa could then face the TV giving division to the area and the illusion of a living room. Just my thoughts... 🤔 😊

I have travelled to many countries that do not use dollars and every one of them were quoted in dollars and I paid in dollars. EFCC need to focus on the real criminals while they allow business to thrive. Your EFCC will only force Airbnb to delist Nigeria listings, just like PayPal block payments to Nigerian businesses on the claim of yahoo boys. Businesses are the ones that suffer, therefore leading to more unemployment.
