The canvas doors get the job done. Same material as a soft top on a jeep they hold the heat in and seal up pretty nice. Extremely easy to take off in the summer light weight and easy to store.
I bought the hard doors for my 570 and really like them. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the blue color panels that don't fit very well ( had to install a screw to hold them clipped behind the handle) and the driver's top hinge was a hair too tightly made. Figured they would hold up better in the brush than the canvas.
@@UTVDIRT Yeah that was the one thing that hurt, and that was like a month before the prices went over 3k. But they do make the machine feel much more premium. Can't wait to see the install video on whatever you pick.
Great video! Ours will look similar to yours. Question, the rear back glass it’s pretty much a plug-in play? Looks like all you did was inserted into the roof frame and tighten the hand locks. Was that it?
Love my oem hard doors with the crank up windows they seal very well but like every one says the price point. But better than every thing else I have seen and how do you like your legs for plowing snow I probably should get a pair for plowing in. N.w. Wisconsin
I ordered the OEM Poly roof and Flip-up Glass window just like you did for my Ranger 1000. Thinking back to the 50" light bar install on your Ranger XP, do you think the EMP brackets or light bar would interfere with the window opening all the way? I suspect your 570 window would hit it or maybe not (a shorter light bar of course)? I also ordered the canvas doors. I have no opinion on them yet, but my main concern was keeping the weather out of the cab. Plus my Ranger is a Crew cab, so multiply the hard door sticker shock by 4 and it made the decision for me. I'm sure you've seen the promo they have going, $300 off a $2,500 purchase. Polaris OEM stuff is pricey, but I am impressed how they planned ahead for installation of just about everything.
Nice! I think it is a good possibility it will hit. I think it would be better to mount on the roof. I keep going back and forth on which doors to pick but I can see your point with having a crew. Polaris has been the leader in accessories for awhile hence the price point is high. lol
@@UTVDIRT That said, I spent 2/3's as much on canvas doors. If I only had to buy front doors, I probably would have gone with the manual crank poly doors. I really enjoy your channel and it has helped educate me on accessories for my Ranger. I can see a heater in my future, but like you, I think I'll let the dealer do that upgrade.
I went with the hard doors with roll up windows. No problem installing them, just take your time to get them lined up.

That was one thing I liked about the soft doors. They can easily come off in the summer. Thanks for your feedback!
I have the hard doors. Don’t waste your money on soft doors. The hard doors can lift right off as well.
Love the video. I have the 23 Northstar and love the high end doors!!

Yeah I am leaning toward the hard doors. The price is the only thing I don't like. Thanks for your feedback!

I have the 570 Northstar same year as yours comes with all the goodies love the solid doors when plowing nice and warm
Nice! The doors are next!

Yep that's all you do. Very nice!
I installed Polaris canvas full doors, fit n finish is A1 worth it
Thanks for the feedback!
We live in MN. We have Polaris soft doors with the Polaris heater and are more than happy. We get so hot, sometimes we have to turn heat down.
Nice! Thanks for the info!

Hard doors are expensive but you will only complain about them when you write the check. Soft doors you'll likely complain about all winter long.
Thanks for the feedback!
P.s. when I did my roof ect i put lockstep on so the vibration couldn't loosen up my b.r. in law had his peal off on a trailer at 55mpm
Will do. Thanks for the tip!
