  • In this video, you will learn about the three factors you need to consider for 3D printing cost and how they compare across the three most common types of 3D printing technology - FDM, SLA, and SLS. Learn more: bit.ly/3XaDgzH
Factors that influence the cost per part which we will mention are equipment ownership costs, materials and consumables costs, and labor costs.
Even though in-house 3D printing is one of the most economical, cost of production for prototypes, one-offs, and custom parts, the 3D printing technologies comparison regarding costs goes beyond sticker prices. These won’t tell you the full story of how much a 3D printed part will cost.
The equipment ownership cost includes fixed costs, such as the cost of the 3D printer, service contracts, installation and 3D printer maintenance. These costs often become nearly insignificant divided between thousands of custom parts a 3D printing machine can produce in its lifetime. In comparison, Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) offers the lowest costs, followed by Stereolithography (SLA), and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printing with the highest costs.
An important 3D printing variable costs are consumables and raw material costs, which depend on the number of 3D printed parts produced. When counting these costs, it is important to also include support structures, waste, and any other consumables necessary to produce the parts. On average FDM materials are the cheapest, followed by SLS and SLA 3D printing materials.
The last cost influence in this video is the cost of labor. Even though desktop 3D printers require generally less labor than traditional manufacturing methods, the process of setting up and maintaining the printers, along with post-processing the parts, can consume a lot of labor time. Regarding setup and maintenance, SLA printers are the easiest and fastest, followed by FDM, and SLS, which require a longer setup time. On the other hand, SLS printed parts post-processing is the least labor-intensive.

The FDM material cost is around 20-30€/kg (premium material) and that includes support material. So your calculation is very wrong. Speaking as a professional printer (FDM & SLA).

as a person familiar with 3-d printing, i know a lot of the information you are providing is wrong or misguided.
the labor of SLA is a lot higher in reality if one actually cares about their printer and material use.
you have to use a lot of fluids which are always messy, it takes a lot of time and this is not represented in the video.
a few other points are also misguiding

This video is only about formlab machines...what they said is not applicable to the real world.. better to not consider this video at all, gives wrong informations
