Classy video. It was nice of the Duke of Cambridge and the Prime Minister of Britain to take some time from their schedules to meet and treat the England women's team. And to see those young girls playing, too - you know what THEY'RE dreaming about ;-)

So many questions to England's men after that...

This may be a bit controversial but having a private ceremony with the Duke of Cambridge and the Prime Minister when we didn't reach a final? They did really well but it was a semi final, we didn't come runners up, if we did then maybe this would be understandable. Can't help but think if it was Germany, men or women, they wouldn't have even thought of visiting royalty for coming 3rd. God knows what will happen if either of the men or women win a trophy, private ceremonies galore!

No you're not controversial... just clueless. You obviously didn't watch the tournament or more importantly understand this fantastic outcome.
      1. Best Euro team
      2. First medal ever for England women's team.
      3. Huge underdogs to finish this high.

Clueless? how so, i've watched women's football for years, been going to some WSL matches to watch Arsenal ladies so it's not me being clueless. READ IT AGAIN i said the same goes to the MEN, if they finished 3rd in the semis wouldn't it be weird if they had private ceremonies and what not with royalty? does the fact that our england teams have become so bad we are now treating the semi final stage as success? they done well no doubt but my expectations of england teams are higher than that, a massive country like ours with a 60m population should do better, if we reached a final (where we haven't reached since 1966) and became runners up, i'd understand, you think Germany would do the same? highly doubt they be going to private ceremonies after being knocked out in the semis, here lies the difference in mentality between us and them

Mahir Hussain Sorry but gonna have to stay with 'clueless' comment. In addition, (to your latest diatribe), gonna have to add 'Sexist' as well. Even tho you claim to attend and 'support' women's football, you clearly aren't getting the significance of this moment.
