I just found your channel and i want to thank you so much for providing us with such quality videos. I really love your flows and way of teaching, you are amazing, bless you! I have a question, do you think people who are not naturally flexible can manage to open the back, shoulders, hips to a reasonable degree - to the extent that they will be able to do advanced poses? I am a 35 yo woman, been doing yoga for about 7 years...while i am quite strong,i have never been flexible...all the flexibility i have is the result of hard work, bui i cant even get close to doing some of the poses in your advanced videos. Do you think that its something that can be achieved with proper exercises and hard work? Thank you so much!
