They are the best bunch of guys around and Avery’s laugh is a little much sometimes, but that man knows more about cars engines, guns everything he is one smart dude and we love them Canadians or proud of them world would be a better place if we had more like Mike, Matt, Avery, Blair, Connor, Jf Cassidy, big Dom they’re just all a bunch of nice guys and we love them

    • @SCOOPFREE

      I was screaming air hammer!!! I also have a homemade slide hammer that's internally threaded on the business end. Every time I make a new tool for it, I just weld it to a bolt with the same size thread...ez pz!
      Nice 68 vert BTW

    • @gmpurist6745
      @gmpurist6745 8 місяців тому +2

      @Red_White_andFU its painful to watch this...the bolt rusts into the inner sleeve...I instantly grabbed my air hammer, and bit....my chevelle frame is now under my Skylark...and vice versa...I have a real legit SS chevelle with factory 4 speed...I wanted the best GM frame under it.

    • @SCOOPFREE

      @gmpurist6745 oh I've been there I'm a die hard chevelle el Camino guy...i cut Mike some slack because he's a Mopar guy 😄...I'm like how does he not know ? there's a steel bushing in every rubber isolator I've ever seen, haha...I'm trying to get back into cars again... gonna go visit Mike one day and introduce myself, trade some work for good stories 😆

    • @gmpurist6745
      @gmpurist6745 8 місяців тому

      @Red_White_andFU it's nice to have a hobby...im a 6x Red Seal Journeyman in various mechanical disciplines and have for over 40 yrs now had many assorted GM muscle cars. The A body's are my favorites, with the 67-72 GM trucks also close to my heart. It's hard to see the struggles of others, especially when you've been there and learned hard lessons that could save others alot of anguish. But, Rust Bros is part of the entertainment industry now, and it's viewership over rides practical reasoning sometimes.

    Show them how much you appreciate the work of Mike, Blair, and the rest by hitting the 👍. Mike, you might want to invest in an electric ratchet, you are getting older and the builds would be easier and faster. You would be more productive and have the write off for taxes.

  • @glassblastcollision
    @glassblastcollision 8 місяців тому

    Mike you need to cut both sides of the bolt inside the encapsulating bracket.The inner bushing is seized on the bolt.Take a recipricating saw or a mini grinder with a cut off disc and cut the bolt inside the surfaces encompasing it.think of a control arm bushing as a tube vulcanized with rubber in a tube. The bold is the problem that is frozen inside the inner bushing. Carbide frosted blades.
