My girlfriend and I just hit this two days ago. We both agreed that we could literally lap it all day. One of the most fun trails I've ever snowboarded. Not as challenging as we expected when we first looked into it from the top but it did require some plowing at a couple points when we weren't confident we could throw the turns to cut back hard enough.
If you're willing to do that beaver creek has so many options for great skiing or snowboarding. I would put in about 80 days a year in bc when I was younger. But if you start exploring youj can find the wackiest spots. Aside from crazy powder, there were random patches of things built. Could be log slides, or smoke shacks. The smoke shacks when the wrong ski patrollers found them, would be blown up. No joke they would be blown up with explosive charges when they were found. Saw it all the time. Yeah they were illegally built structures but whatever.
U just saw a small part of it if u drop in way before they did at the very beginning of the traverse there are some very difficult lines especially to the skiers right and u end up in black bear. Ive made over 500 runs in this glade yes it is hardly the most difficult run on the planet that ive skied but it will keep u on ur toes.
Bruh this glade is not that demanding and beaver creek is a fantastic resort. Compared to places like Jackson Hole, BC is not that bad in pricing in comparison. And also dude, get in the trees more, there’s tons of sweet jumps and cliffs in the snow. This is my favorite run in BC though by far.
@@galaxeslf4098 I was ski instructor at Beaver Creek for many years. This glade is not that tough and the guy who skied in this video is NOT an expert skier by any measure. There's a big difference between picking your way down a steep run and actually skiing it.
I was a lift operator for two winters at Beaver Creek. This was my favorite run on the mountain.

Where’s this at?
Awsome
On the east coast we call this a groomer
It looks like a fun area but not really what I call glades. Looks pretty wide open. Then again, I ski east so I am used to tight trees.
Let’s be honest, most of us skiers watching this video are watching just because they don’t want to go ski down this area.
Bro that glade is easy
Have you tried it and if you did you probably didn’t even ski it
You’re a gaper

I’ve done way harder
Ye it's not that hard compared to many things but they are a pretty fun glade to rip through
U sound like a big ole gaper
Go pros make it look less step and easier than it really is
Yes and no
