Bought the album for me and again for my daughter. She carried on liking Sonata Arctica after Jani's departure, but she knew the band was broken. I got a text message last night saying that she was listening to Stormcrow and loving it. With a smiley face. Daddy mended it again.
Stormcrow is one of the best power metal albums in the 2010s. Every single song is a 10/10. It's a masterpiece. Gather the Faithful was really good too, but it's not even close to Stormcrow. I haven't listen to it for a while and I just heard IWBYUAR and I'm hooked. I'm in love again.
This will be one of the albums that I will listen to in ten or twenty years and think back with a smile and a tear in my eye.

Lyrics say "The only heaven" and Timo sings "The only haven". I suppose both works just fine and the meaning doesn't change.

I think he just mispronounced 'heaven', that's all, it's quite a common mistake.
Timo has a very strong finnish accent when he sings. Just listen to Maniac Dance or When Mountains Fall.
@@metalvideos1961 I know i'm kinda late but 'haven' is usually used more generally as a safe place. While heaven is, well, heaven. I guess in a way heaven is a haven but I think it was just a mispronunciation from the singer.
