Quick tut: 1. Pick the pose you want your character to bounce, take a screenshot 2. Go to the body section and make the height one less then it was originally, dont take a screenshot yet 3. Use the x-scale to make your character look fat. Now take a screenshot. 4.go back to the body section and change the height of your character 1/2 more than it was originally. Then make your character thin with the x-scale. You can change the expression and pose now then take a screenshot. 5.now go back to the body section and change your characters height back to what it was originally now go to your front hair and make the y-scale 1 more than usual (you can also do this to the back hair/ponytail) take a screenshot 6. Change your characters front hair y-scale back to what it was originally take a screenshot 7.Go in your editing app and put them in, now the three ones in the middle make them as shortest as you can and then make the first and last screenshot to your likeing.

Quick tut:
