P&O Cruises Iona - Day 5 - Hellesylt, The Olive Grove, Sindhu and Greatest Days

- We sailed onboard P&O's Iona for a 7 day Norwegian Fjords cruise in July 2024. This was the fifth day of our cruise onboard Iona and we were docked in the port of Hellesylt. We stayed onboard and had lunch in the Olive Grove before enjoying the beautiful town of Hellesylt. Back onboard Iona we had dinner in Sindhu and saw the musical Greatest Days.
P&O's Iona is an excellence class cruise ship, who sailed her maiden voyage on the 7th August 2021. She is the sister ship to Arvia, who is the newest ship in the P&O fleet. She has 18 total decks and is able to carry a maximum of 5,206 passengers.

I had to jump straight to Sindhu to see what you thought of it - this is one of my absolute favourite Speciality restaurants on the water - I just love it. Sorry to hear the dessert menu wasn't up to much!
It is a good restaurant, I think maybe we we’re a bit too full up by the time desserts came around!

Accidentally commented before I was finished. The Olive Grove looks like a good place to eat. Don't like lobster. Checked out the Sindhu menu. Don't think I would like to eat here.
Sindhu probably wouldn’t be your cup of tea if you don’t like spicy food.
