Comical- Can I lift and transport a kayak?

I have been wanting to explore kayaking with my granddaughter. I recently posted on my Instagram about getting back on the water since the diagnosis of my lung disease. It was amazing to know that I could still do this. I’m all about pushing the limits until my last breath. This has to be doable for me. How do I transport and load a kayak? Do I have the strength?
