How do Oregon Ranchers feel about Wolves migrating out of Idaho? The cattle dogs ranchers typically employ cannot protect against wolves. There are several livestock guarding breeds that can help but I have never met a Oregon Rancher that knows livestock guarding breeds. It's actually pretty laughable that one would call themselves a rancher & not know of livestock guard dogs. They only know herding dogs.
