- Dany’s on vocal rest mode! You know what that means…song versions we don’t usually get to hear! This time Pau decided to take lead vocals on EVOLVE during Soundcheck. If you listen closely, she tries to make Ale sing it, to little success.😜 Enjoy!

Amazing if you listen and think you can hear it's all in how they use and play their voices. The similarities show.
Immediately before the second chorus, Dany waving her right hand in perfect unison with Ale striking the harmonics on her gorgeous Spector bass… Priceless, the connection and love between these sisters..

I know Dani loves to sing. But I always see he biggest smiles when her sisters take over and she gets to rock out and be a guitar lord. Yes we love her voice and all. But I do like it when she gets to cut loose and play and enjoy her sisters sing. She seems to be a very supportive sister as they all seem to be.
One of my favorite things about this band is the bond between these three young women. Seeing that spark of pride and admiration in any one of their eyes whenever they watch one another doing their thing is so cool to see.
Wao in the Chorus Pau did both: first and second voice and Ale background voice… it sounds amazing… please take care of your voice Dany.
Dany definitely taking it easy with vocal rest. But you would have never known it from the show, the voice was as great as ever!
Pau at the end of the song saying "fue horrible" (it was horrible) and then the patreons clapping is so hilarious xD
Btw I loved this version of EVOLVE with Pau as the lead singer but clearly is really exhausting for her
Oh that’s what she said?😂 Shes so hard on herself lol, it all sounded great to me. It is Soundcheck after all, since when is it supposed to sound perfect?
@@Southwest737 I guess it's because in some parts the voice and air were not enough and her singing just cut off at middle of the verse, and I understand, I mean, it's lead sing and play the drums in EVOLVE, clearly is just hard and in addition the time that they were on tour is exhausting. Anyway, I agree with you, maybe it wasn't perfect for Pau, like how she wanted, but I really enjoyed tho

For the drummer, in order to keep the bit and rhythm, all the power has to come from her chest and arms, trust me it is really difficult to sing at the same time. But this girl has supernatural powers. I love them
I have to agree with Pau. It was horrible. Evolve is out of Pau's range. Ale should step up and sing on Soundchecks. Face the fun facts. Mayday (new album) fits Dany's vocal range. Which is higher than Pau's. Since Pau can only go so high before it strains on her voice aka cuts out. And only so long.
I don't know if any of us can really belt that song out like Dany (and in key). It takes alot of practice to learn how to breathe, and push out that energy. Knowing how to conserve the air and have it when you need it. I'm sure Pau can do it, but then she might have to changeup the drumming for energy conservation. On Rockband I used to "cheat" by turning the vocals down from expert when I was singing and drumming. lol

Pau kept singing her backing vocals during the "pain is the price". It's automatic as it should by now. How many bands would even try giving the drummer a lead vocal when the vocalist is not up to it. I know it's just a sound check. It was very interesting.

Thanks for sharing!! Pau did a good job 👍 I would imagine not easy drumming the way she does and singing a whole song when she's used to just singing back up for the most part! Ale taunting her was cute! Dany is amazing and I could tell she wanted to jump around the stage like she usually does! She definitely needs to conserve her voice! It would be beneficial if Pau and Ale had a song that they could sing lead and give Dany a rest vocally!! They are a hard-working band for sure! Great talent 👍!!! The Warning Rocks 🥁🎤🎶🎵🎸

Dany’s fine. She sang and sounded fantastic that night at the show. Just conserving her voice during Soundcheck when she doesn’t HAVE to sing because of the shear number of shows they’re playing back to back.

Honestly I think they mostly do it for the entertainment of the Patrons they have attending the Soundcheck. But it also helps to run through some songs to get the big picture.
That ain’t special at all. Been to lots of soundchecks with both Rolling Stones and Springsteen and they often run through full songs.
Don’t be dumb. Sound checks are generally full songs. Sometimes it can be sections of songs but that’s rarely the case
When I saw The Warning in Mpls, MN last April (2022). While I was parking my cat behind the venue. They played *Evolve* twice (you could hear them outside loud & clear).

Of course not, but it is Soundcheck. She’s just checking sound levels, so how good it sounds does not necessarily matter. Dany is still the one singing the main part during the show, and Pau in the background vocals, which is why she sang it that way.
