thank you so much for speaking so honestly and beautifully about weight gain / confidence, it is so important to talk about it from a perspective of being your healthiest and happiest self from the inside out. there's this strange and unfortunate notion especially for our and the younger generation from social media etc. that being healthy fits into one box of a certain weight or being tall or being lean or being what ever else like looking one certain way when that's just not true! i'm 26 years old and only just recently realising and feeling at peace with how my body is and that what it looks like when i am at my most content emotionally/spiritually and when i nourish my body with the foods i love - is the most wholesome and beautiful version of myself rather than thinking i need to weigh a certain number. you honestly inspire me and have taught me that over the years of watching your content and i feel like we've grown up together haha

Thank you so much for this video Emma! I've always admired you and where you are in life and even though it is not the case, during the most insecure phase of my life I always thought you are perfect and that your life is perfect and the reason I started questioning myself is because we are the same age, yet, I am still a student, having to save up money, live with my parents, does not even have a car or license and struggle to get a job. This video reminded me that people go through some tough things in life as well, no matter how successful and "perfect" their life and they look, that they are just as much human as I am and that we can learn from each other and be inspired by each other, rather than feeling like I am behind in life. Thank you so much for being vulnerable and reminding me about the imperfect simplicity of life. I am very happy for you and what you have achieved in life. This motivates and inspires me every day to work hard to get where I want to be one day. But I also want to thank you for just being a young adult girl who is finding her way through life and sharing it on UA-cam, its precious to see. All the best. God bless. Ive struggled with socializing and have had autism all my life its so hard for me to make friends and feel like I could achieve anything in life. yesterday I graduated high school. for over a year I've gone to a counselor and she's helped me so much and opened me up to new ideas and ways of coping with it.

I do DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy)! Personally I like it a lot more than regular therapy because they really help you figure out specifically what to do in certain situations and how to prevent yourself/your emotions from making things worse. It's really nice and helps you learn a lot, so if you don't think you'd like traditional therapy, I recommend DBT! 🧡
