I recently came across your video series on Kodi which I find very comprehensive. It is exactly what I have been looking for because it covers the essential details for the environment that I am trying to build. Thanks for the taking the time and making the effort to share your knowledge.
I know I may be ultra late but this series truly helped me and really I must thank you your time and effort was not wasted you have great narration and technically I suggest you try and be a teacher or professor people will hear you and listen and then they'll learn and grow you rock dude! Thank you very much! Becoming an effective communicator is one of the goals I had when I created this channel. I don't think I've completely arrived there yet, but feedback like yours is certainly encouraging!
So could i use a capture card and stream basically anything if i develop an addon? And just make up random channels? Wonder what the legalities of that are. If they're older movies, fairly new movies. Probably a felony haha
Kodi is very powerful. There's a lot you can do with it. But it mainly excels as a great interface for locally-hosted media. I would consider other platforms for streaming.
