Nah, everything he said make perfect sense. He just use very specific words to exactly point out to us what he is talking about. If you learn your brain term, spend time meditating and overall just train and thinking a lot while staying calm & relax. And slowly go into a rhythm with yourself, from the second you wake up you’re in that rhythm and flow that make you do everything better and easier.
