I'm happy I'm not alone because last night something spiritual things happen it scared me and had a hard time falling asleep because of all the ideas before bed.
This ascension is hard but also magical. Never experienced anything like this before.

Yikes! Yep, I've been at it for over 20 years. And it's always painful . . . I have spontaneous crying jags, my body convulses and shoots out energy (fear), I suddenly will YELL out at the top of my lungs while driving alone in the car, when I wake up in the morning, I jerk and jolt while lying relaxed in my bed. All of this is accompanied by tremendous neurotic thought forms of fear!
It's all fear of rejection based . . . as I ask the innocent barista at the coffee shop, "I didn't offend you, did I?"
Some people think that I'm just hyper courteous and nice, but I know I'm neurotic as fuck!!

I adore your gifts. Many years ago you are the one who introduced me to what the dark night is and how it is a different type of depression. I have gone through 2 now spaced 2 years apart. Had I not had your videos I wouldn't have understood what was happening to me.
I will share that after the 2 I've had I come out just as fast as I went into it. But my spiritual practice deepens, my intuition deepens, my understanding of life deepens.

Just too much energy to bear and painful triggers that are happening. That are very painful feeling extra alone

lol I swam in the sea and then sat on the beach for a tan, and got up the next morning there was a rash and itching all over my skin for 6 days. Today is the 6th day of the rash on the skin and only 10% of it remains. For several months now, I have been noticing that the sun is neon colored, it is less nice but we also got used to it, at first I was very tired and would lie down a lot. But I was already used to this neon light. And now I have energies of different ways of manifestations and also more power and speed ⚡💪(I do not wear sunglasses *)

I started having outer body or detached experiences over and over for about a year-and-a-half started in 2020
I’ve been commenting this everywhere and even though yes I do have a doctors appointment on Wednesday I’m still just curious if anyone else is experiencing the same thing. I have pins and needles on the bottom of my feet in a little bit in my hands and just a random muscle twitching in other places.. anyone else???
Yes I had felt like needles all over my body and electric shocks through my nerves it was really bad when I went through my first spiritual Awakening I even had shock through my nerves after things calmed down it kind of went away but pops still every now and then when I have extra energy..
Yes me cant stand on my feet for too long..And nerve pain

Same, a big one I physically noticed was my skin becoming sensitive, rashes, sores and not a single medical reason for them according to the medical Doctor's.
