Because of the wording on grasp of fate, you can put the commander in the command zone AND get it back when gasp dies. This is different ruling than O-ring as it is two triggers. You don't have to choose with grasp!
Before his lands get destroyed, he taps them for mana. If you tap a land for mana, you keep the mana until the next phase/step I.e main1 you tap for 7 mana, if you then go into attack step you lose the mana. (unless a card states otherwise like omnath, locus of mana)
With the Mindslaver effect from Emrakul and casting All is Dust, the controlling player can totally choose to have the commanders go to exile instead of the command zone, right?
Correct. Mindslaver effects make the controlling player make ALL the decisions for the player, this includes the commanders unique replacement effects. In kitchen table games, you can also make the choice whether the controlled player wants to get you a beer from the fridge or not :D
Mmm... 712.5. While controlling another player, a player makes all *choices* and decisions the controlled player is allowed to make or is told to make by the rules or by any objects. This includes choices and decisions about what to play, and choices and decisions called for by spells and abilities. (From the commander rules page) 9. If a Commander would be put into a library, hand, graveyard or exile from anywhere, its owner may *choose* to move it to the command zone instead. Emphasis mine. You make all choices and the replacement effect is a choice. It may not be nice, but I think that may be how it works. I know you quoted from the Comprehensive Rules so I wonder if the discrepant language effects this at all, hm. I'm going to go do some more digging...
More please! Would like to see more Big Deck... 2HG Big Deck! xD
12:12 perfect time for commander
Those alters are sooo good!! Is there a place I can buy them?

When you take over a players turn can you choose to have their commander not go to the command zone?
Yes, You make all the decisions they would make.
at 07:20 how does Kaalia get casted without any lands?

Ah, the old Ashnod's Coupon trick.
"Hey guys, while I'm controlling Kevin should we order pizza? It's on him, he says!"
Actually no you can't. The commanders have a ruling that states only the owner gets to decide what zone the commander goes in.
903.12. If a commander would be put into the exile zone from anywhere, its owner may put it into the command zone instead.

Doesnt emrakul have protection from instants? Or does the protection clause not go into affect until after he comes into play?
Protection doesn't stop a counter spell.
As it is cast, it doesn't have it's affects yet so it can be countered
Is command tower banned in your circles? why doesn't karador have it?
who are the players piloting the decks?
