RickGrimes41 it worked really well on the album but Corey admitted himself that the vol 3 scream technique was too difficult to do and ended up hurting his voice. He finds the lower growls more comfortable to do and he's better at it.

Yup, he had the Vol 3 voice until around 2007. One of my favorites eras for high screams (on his good days), not so great for lower screams.
