Very informative video. Videos has helped me stay one step ahead. The only thing I’ve noticed is you should be using a total knee replacement patient.
I have noticed that all of the videos I have watched they use people who haven't had knee replacement but I think it would be so much more accurate if they did but still a good video.
Right 😢
Yeah I’m at week 4 I actually feel good can bend about 110 degrees ,but they should use a person that just had the procedure done
Very helpful video week 4 still hurts and swollen I think it’s a healing pain can do chores but tired after
Alhamdulillah. Video dari tuan sangat membantu saya pulih. Terimakasih dari Malaysia. ❤️
Im at week 4 now. The first 3 weeks where excruciating! Ouch. 10 out of 10 pain. Now at week four it's a 5-6 when trying to stretch my knee. I'm at 90 degrees which is ok but not the best and i'm going to physical therapy three times a week and in between doing exercises on my own. I have to get to at least 120°. And I have three weeks to do it since I'm going to Hawaii in three weeks! When I get up in the morning it's stiff but as the day goes on it loosens up and that's when I do my exercises pulling my knee towards my chest and other exercises. It's not going to get better with just three days a week at a physical therapy place. You have to do your homework at home.
I agree, having an actual KNR patient would have make this more realistic. still get a thumbs up
Totally agree and have 75 year old woman doing them.
Really helpful! Thanks so much.
MsWinnipegger nice
Week 4 still swollen still hurts
Very helpful thanks so much I’m at week 4 still painful still have swelling tried ice and elevated
Thanks you
These are most helpful. Wk 5 PO TKR, no physio till 7 Jan, these will see me through. Thankyou 😊
You should use actual KNR patients as models as it is not as easy as it looks with a healthy knee there is a lot of grunting and hurt when in reallity

I am at a week 4 and my bending is max 90 degrees. Doing excersises a few times a day. But after resting a bit- the stiffness is right back.
Sir i have a suggestion. while doing bridging placing pillow would strain neck
All these are made with healthy knees. Show some where the pain is clear.
Show for bileteral legs..both knee surgery
Sir, how many reps per set of exercises?
Single leg up exercise.. I have doubt.. Is it surgical side up first?
At week 4-6 pain should be well under control. First for are hard, sleep is the problem, not pain.
