This subject about breast augmenta is one of the best educational I have seen 😍 thank you Dr. Williams for teaching us about we don't have to change breast implants every ten year. 😀 I had a mommy makeover last July 2021 and everything went well and actually my doctor did a wonderful job on my implants. Soon in the future I will do more research to get BBL with Dr. Williams hopefully 🙏 it will be a bit difficult for me because I live in California but I will see if that can happen in the future.
I am glad you enjoyed it and found it educational. To me education is so important to be prepared for surgery. As I say: "The more you know, the better you look".

I just recently had breast implants which were not able to be placed underneath the muscle. They are mentor implants and there was a lot of rippling in the Cleavage area already. My doctor added ADM in that area, but it doesn’t seem to be covering sufficiently. Well, I have to undergo another surgery with more cohesive implants or is there a way to fix this without further surgery? Thank you so much… I enjoy your podcast very much.
I love ❤️ this interview very knowledgeable on going and getting a breast augmentation. Plus I love Doctor Williams he’s very honesty. If u get Saline and need to change it to silicone how long should I wait. Or supposed someone recent did there surgery and didn’t like the saline and wanted it to change to silicone.
I'm not quite following you. Do you mean "is the incision location under the breast and in the fold a new development?" But if that's the question, and I apologize for not understanding the question, then the answer is no. We have been doing it that way for many, many years.
We used to tell patients to massage their breasts after getting implants in the 1980s and 1990s but it was never shown to be of benefit and actually was stretching the pocket so we have not advised patients to massage their implants for many, many years. Most patients who come in to see me still ask me about massage though. It is hard to change long held beliefs.
Hi Dr William…I’ve been watching your video’s and I have a question. I’m 2 weeks po with a breast augmentation and 250cc high profile Mentor implants. I was a 38DDD. The anchor scar is taped is on so well even though I shower and wash daily it’s still attached very well and I’m afraid to take it off. I heard you mention I could take it off and then re-tape it with the 3D Micropore (tan tape that is on it now.) am I correct on this or did I hear this somewhere else?
This was such a rare and honest video about a very common surgery - thank you! Q: what happens if you never remove your implants? You mentioned that no impact is permanent- but if you get implants in your 40/50’s and then by 60’s/70’s don’t want to have surgery (scared of risks at that age) - what’s the worst that happens if you die with them? (Hope that’s not morbid). Thanks!
Thank you! There are many people who die with their implants! The implants are not harmful to your health and don't need to be removed at a specific age.

As long as you are well healed then there is no specific time frame--you can do it any time.

🤷🏻♂️ I never suggest re-taping incisions after the initial tape has come off.

What general medical issues will interfere with any cosmetic surgery?
Blood clotting, high blood pressure, previous surgeries/implants, diabetes, BMI, etc
Dr. William, I have sleep apnea. Can I go under surgery for a breast implants?
do you do fat transfer?
For the breast I do do fat transfer but only along with an implant. I don't just transfer fat by itself to the breasts.
