I love these more affordable boat tours. Another great vid! Cheers.
Yes, as much as I like the mega yatches etc, lets face it, even the most successful amongst us wont spend more than 300/500 k on a boat. I wish for more reviews at kess than 500k
sithius99 me too, I wish he could do more “less than 100k”
Depending on where you are in the world, you can find much more affordable boats than even this.
Just today on Craigslist I saw a boat for $100 CDN and a second for $200 CDN. ( $70 US and $140 US roughly )
Yup, both need work done to be usable naturally but you can park it in your driveway and do the work as time permits.
The lower priced one doesn't have engines and is on blocks in the sellers yard, the other is in the water but both engines are not working.
Oddly, it is only North America really where you find boats on Craigslist.
Jaqui Greenlees yeah I think most places you can find boats cheaper than 88k 😂
Absolutely great to see something that is more affordable. Hopefully Nick does more like this.
Who dislikes these vids even if they don’t like the boat mr. Nick still did a great job? btw I like the boat
1. People who are jealous, bitter, & angry because they never amounted to anything & can never afford to own toys like these 2. Idiots who don't realize that the like/dislike buttons relate to the video & not to whether or not they like/dislike the particular boat in the video 3. Trolls who get off on disliking every video they see along with posting their crap comments.

This looks incredible for a 17 year old cruiser; not just the condition but the style/materials. I would never guess it’s from 2003.
I’m sure it’s been remodeled or updated somehow
The Forger nah it hasn’t except for the chartplotter. A buddy of mine has one from 2004
Looks like the owner took great care and did some updates, I agree. Perhaps a new clearer sunshade / more pressed or folded bimini would give this effect.
Right, this is actually one of the boats I would take as is. Normaly there are one or two things that don't fit, atleast for me. So out of all boats on Nicks channel that is only the 3rd I think that I fully like. (Maybe just maybe the blue on the chouchins is bleached out a bit but I would need to see that in person)
I think this chap does the BEST boat reviews . He is always spot on .Same attention to detail whether its used or new ,mega rich or affordable ,great job mate. This older boat looks really well made and finished.
This boat; well it’s not for me however this is still a detailed tour. Thanks Nick!
You're welcome :)
@@AQUAHOLIC Is that Maggie the baggie? She should have her own UA-cam channel..................."My yachting adventures with Nick" ( or something like that !) " I remember the time we were in Monaco and Jenson Button said........................"
@@andyelliott8027 Sure is! She's very quiet though...
It’s not for me because I can’t afford it but if I could I probably would
@@andyelliott8027 dose nick lady friend know she has a rival by nicks side and hides in plain site
Any windy is a stunning boat, old or new the quality and reassurance that their boats are brilliant when the going gets tough.
That’s a beautiful boat and so well looked after for the year.
Fantastic tour once again, waiting for your next one 👍🏻❤️ great work!
I always hit the 'like' button before I've watched each video...cos I know I'm always gonna like it :)
I think we all have to admit that we love when he waves in the mirror 😂
I think it's cringe
luffebassen please stop for you have sinned
Jk jk
Yes we do lol
It always makes me smile when he does that. :-)
luffebassen I'm with you on that; cringe is exactly the word.
Lovely little toy, the size makes it suitable for a river as well and you can have lots of fun over a weekend with it, high-speed driving, during the day, mooring at a nice waterside restaurant in the afternoon, anchoring in a cove overnight. Really love that versatile outside table/sunpad area
As a single man newly retired, I could live on this quite easily , moored in Mallorca or Sardinia. Thanks 👍
Only 5 digits in the price!I could delude myself into believing I could own it!
Maybe this could be Smuggler's Blues III?
I agree Nick’s new ride 👍🇨🇦
I absolutely love the tour of the "smaller" boats
Possibly the nicest day / weekend boat I've seen on the channel in terms of price & quality of finish.
I’m a simple man, I see an Aquaholic boat tour, I watch it. Doesn’t matter that I have no interest in the boat itself. Having said that, pretty clever use of space on this one.
I keep watching these vids cause Nick is very detailed in descriptions and camera handling is not jerky but smooth and easy to follow. Also i can not afford a bost but i just like watching.
wow what a fantastic boat for the price! the quality and a finishes match any new boat
Surprisingly clean for a 17 year old boat. Obviously the original engines and a little bit of wear on the helm back cushions, but everything else is in great shape. That's going to make someone very happy in the water! Thanks for showing!
Thanks for watching!
AQUAHOLIC Mine is the easy job - sitting in my comfy chair watching videos. You have to arrange the tour, do the tour, do it again with a camera, make sure you capture everything, edit the video and post it, and then, as unbelievable as it sounds, 'like' every single comment you get! I could return the favor and do a tour of my kayak but it would be woefully short. Instead, I'll just look forward to the next video you post. Thanks for all your hard work, Nick! Really!
An affordable Windy Weekend Warrior! Nicely done, Windy; Nicely Presented, Nick! Everything a port-hopping retired couple could want (maybe a few more satellite 'Thingies' and a TV to keep up with Football and travel DVD's).
Nice boat with attention to details and a good level of craftwork. As usual thank you for the video!
Glad you enjoyed it
I love to watch for the classic "wave in the mirror" in your videos.
I love that you're posting videos about these cheaper yachts because clearly most of us can't afford anything over half a million lol
A lot of boat for the price, loved the woodwork inside very nice affordable boat
I love when you are waving in the mirrors! :D
what a georgeous boat !... this has ionian wriiten all over it ;) .... love it ! thanks again sir for showing us ! have a nice weekend !
Thanks, you too!
Our boy is getting there, those sponsors show that! Keep up with the good work Nick, cheers
This little fella packs a big punch! Love the finishes, all the wood and metals look great! Great price, also. Thanks, Nick and Maggie! Cheers!
That is a truly beautiful boat! Looks a few years old, not 17!! True class and quality and it shows - the glossy wood especially is stunning! Great tour Nick
This boat will probably perform as well and look as good in another 17 years with basic maintenance. Fantastic craftsmanship and great value.
Nice looking boat.
As always, a great video Mr. Burnham !!! Thank you
You are very welcome!
Please more of these tours of less expensive boats. Way more appealingl!
Great, would love to see you doing a Windy Ghibli tour too!
Nice little yacht, thanks for the video!
Super Nice budget boat
Thanks, Nick!
Great tour; as in depth as a bigger boat. Well done and thank you Nick!
Glad you enjoyed it
Very nifty piece of kit, clever use of space, versatile and adaptable....
Another amazing tour of a lovely boat with our friend Nick.
You make us feel as if we are actually with you on that boat!
Cheers mate🥂
Ps: The boat is in mint condition for its age! Well maintained👌
its a good boat. this vid was the deciding factor to buy one. pleased with the purchase
Hi Nick, awesome vlog,,great content, we get to see all of the boat especially out of water, seeing trim tabs,,anodes and
all the other equipment, amazing,
Have a great weekend,
Cheers
Glad you enjoyed it
8:54! 👋keep them coming Nick! 👌
That’s a neat boat. Good price, great shape, amazing tour!!! Bravo!!!
Glad you liked it!
Congrats on another great video Nick. This one makes a nice change. Just going through some of your other videos and noticed that sometimes you mention how far you can travel, good bit of info that. Please do mention in future too, its the details we love about your videos. Keep it up
88.500k? Thats very little for such a nice boat i love the vids i watch them all day everyday nice work!
Glad you like them!
@@AQUAHOLIC i might actually be able to purchase the yacht! My parents are looking forward to getting a yacht
Love your sense on details, Nick!
When i first saw that this boat was 17 years old, i figured it was gonna look really outdated. But it doesn’t....it’s held up very well against time. And this particular example is in great shape. Gotta love Windy! You don’t see too many in the US.....it’s a shame......really nice looking boat 🚣♀️
Lovely boat, great tour, thanks Nick
Glad you enjoyed it
These reviews are fascinating for someone like me. I have a love of trawler style and larger flybridge vessels, indeed that is what I own myself. But I never get to see this sort of boat up close, and I must say I'm impressed with the quality here, and the accommodation given the rakish style. In an ideal (and greedy) world I would have something like this as well! Nice concise review Nick, as ever.
Great job Nick as always. Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it
Lovely woodwork on this one 😀
I don’t really comment on your videos, but I just wanted to say that you make great reviews/walkthroughs 😊
Thanks nick, greetings from London....
Hey there London! Glad you like them!
Here’s an idea Nick. You should do boat tours of your subscribers/fans, assuming they have a boat. Complete with interviews of their marinas & costs extra. Interesting and informative, I would imagine. Welcome here in Bahrain.
Another informative and detailed tour, thanks Nick.
Glad you enjoyed it
nice compact boat , love the blue cushions , i like to see abit of colour on a boat , it perks it up abit .
Nick, I paused at less than 2 minutes to tell you that as soon as I saw the cockpit, I LOVED IT ! ? Back to the Vid....Z
!
What a cool boat and cheap love your vids
Thanks!
There's no way a 17 year old boat would last in such good condition here in Florida lol. A good detail and its new again 👌 with that said very timeless and elegant sport yacht.
Love to watch y,r yachting tours, thanks for it.
Thanks for watching!
A perfect boat for solo boating. I think you could easily live on that for a sustained period. Although the galley is limited in facilities, its amazing what a simple slow cooker can produce, taking very little space.
Great tour of a very cool boat. Definitely suits you sir 👍
This small boat/yacht is nice. I do like the Master Suite and kitchen area.. The second bedroom is tight but that is because if the total size of the yacht/ boat. The upstairs in the salon is nice. Thank you for this tour.
Have a safe blessed day! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Great video as usual! I actually live next door at Moriconium quay. Great to see you up here.
Beautiful spot
That was quality all the way. A few years old and looked fantastic. Enjoyed that a lot, thanks :)
My pleasure!
I had a Windy 2000 that the previous owner had refurbished - he’d put a Volvo D3 160 in it....the cosmetic finish was a bit rough and ready but the standard of engineering was superb! I loved it!
May I ask how much you paid it new?
Z Z. - £12,000 in 2005
@@marineboy6033 you mean 120.000?Because the price for this yacht is 88.500
Z Z. No - the boat was a refurbished Windy 2000 - I paid £12,000 for it in 2005.
Really nice yacht with some really clever features and great design. Turquoise blue and black engines = Volvo Penta 🤣. Nice headroom for someone who is, sorry I forget how tall you are Nick ? 😊. Just kidding. I’m 4” shorter than you. Thanks for these great tours. No matter the cost or size of the yacht, you always show your passion and make the tours brilliant !
Good price for this. Wicked nice and well kept. Wonder what it was new. Somebody took a huge hit so we can afford it now! Thank you depreciation!
WOW from 2003 well looked after nice little weekend toy
Now I can see myself on that little beauty. Wonder if I can get the Mrs to buy into it.
Great video as always Nick, Thank you
Go for it!
Great video as always Nick. Keep em coming. Have you ever thought of doing a head to head compare of two boats of same make, style, size but twenty years apart, showing where there’s been advancements in design, engineering etc
At this rate you will achieve 250k subscribers this year!!! Nice vid, keep on going Nick, great yacht!
Hoping so!
I like the dinky ones! Nice and manageable. Easier to moor. Cheaper to run. 👍👍👍 Great pres, as ever Nick. Thanks for sharing!
No problem 👍
Nice boat, beautiful woodwork!!!
It’s a very clean looking boat inside and out for 17 years old. Mustve been well taken care of. Ive gotten more into this style of boat that can go 45-50 mph, handle the sea well, and have reasonable accommodations inside. Sort of an all in one boat
Beauty! And only 88k is a steal.
Really like that design. Great review as usual,
Classic Windy! ❤️❤️
This is a stylish fast looking boat very nice below deck as well the finish is ok kept for a 2003 model
Very nice, little boat
Dang watching all these videos im starting to rly like this guy
Nice finish and condition for a 2003 boat
Perfect sized swedish built pure quality at an affordable price. Drives me crazy, that I noe don’t know what is behind the small wooden door next to the passenger seat! As always, great video and best thing to do on a Friday afternoon when you have several deadlines looming. Greetings from your Nick-o-holic. Oliver
I thought I was the only one waiting for him to peek in there... 🔎 LoL

Love Windy boats, that's what I'll have as my tender/dayboat when I have my yacht built.
Nice, even at it's age the quality shines through.
Thanks Nick.
This is a bit of me👌 my perfect weekend boat
A Chameleon Speed Boat - Sporty speedster with all that open deck space. Yet, for weekends or week-long vacations there is the "below decks" with Master Cabin, Heads, proper Galley - Plus (back upstairs) a "Camper" hide away opaque surround top to keep you out of doors even when the weather turns. I Dig this boat, man.
Now this really has me thinking, my bank manager maybe getting a call on Monday, Thanks Nick for introducing me to a brand i wasn’t fully aware of...
Windy are lovely boats
Accuse me of being sick but Nick I wanna see you go out on rough seas in a nice long distance boat lol!
Typically don't like day cruisers, but this one is awesome! Nicely done.
I could almost afford this....almost LOL. Nice boat. Good tour. Thanks.
Fantastic boat its amazing how much thay can get in the space of the interior of the boat and at a very high standard too, i find these tour's very interesting, i am enjoy a new interest 👍🚤🛥
Welcome aboard 🙂
Nice boat

Been watching your videos for about a week now. Needless to say, I want a boat now, but the wife is like nope, nope, nope. Oh well. Thank you for your videos. Also, I like that you wave to yourself any time you see your reflection.
Welcome aboard! Show Mrs. Nosoundstocks the Ultimate Charter videos - that'll win her over. :)
Nice tour Nick. I find it similar to your boat: Smuggler's Blues.
A bit bigger, (and faster) but yes, similar concept
@@AQUAHOLIC
Could you do a tour of an Bavaria 29 Sport? They have one at Ancasta for sale.
Would be interested in a boat in this range and would love to hear your expertise.
Thanks and keep up the good work. ;)
Beautiful boat!
Great review as always. Nice boat.
Would be lovely to see some more of these ~100-250k boats since that's something most people actually could afford after the house is paid for.
Thank you for all your videos
Glad you like them!
She is a beautiful boat Nick.
I don't know what it is with "period" yachts but they look way more sexy compared to newer boats. The Hardy 50, Sunseeker 82, Princess 62 you reviewed all have a vibe that appeals to me.
I believe this Windy is in need of some TLC hence the price?
Spotted some stains and cracks on the upholstery outside and some rust and missing paint on the engines so some work might need to be done.
