    Cerrados are native in my country, I have 2 unknown species but they haven't produced fruit for me yet, I can't wait to taste it

    Further to my earlier comment. Have seen the video now and it definitely isn't C. repandus or jamacaru.
    One species, Acanthocereus tetragonus, is reputed to be sweet. It is found in continental US, do a search on USDA.
    May be worthwhile to cultivate it.
