16:20 just how and why is this not voice acted???? so many wasted potential in this game it drives me mad, its still a 7/10 but some common sense and more voice acting in emotional scenes would bump it up to a 8.5/10 easily, so disappointed...

I've been looking for this as well. If you notice, the video's protagonist has white hair somehow.
My guess is that her rank 8 is story/calendar tied.
