Back in the day, I would use BO1 veteran bots to warm up before playing multiplayer. You have to hold angles and drop shot in order to go positive against them
Nothing beats ww2 paratrooper bots. One headshot instakilled me while jumpshoting down stairs

Cod Ghosts were my favourites, mainly the fact they play all the modes and use all the killstreaks.
they put a lot of work into bots in that game, shame they never did that again

@@frqzone1896 Not that they aren't in online, but it was a big disappointment. I mean, they showed it as one thing, but the game ended up being another.
They are the smartest bots in the franchise so if you want to practice tactics, aiming, predicting the enemy or just want to play with rather realistic players then ghost can be a reliable choice. If you eant to practice reflex, shooting high damage points or want to develop your situational awareness then the Black ops bots that usually have aimbots and a 6th sense of where you are (but are subtle about it if you're nearby) are a good choice too. Please note that the black ops bots are just trashy players with insane hacks that makes them play like gods so they may use Killstreaks ineffectivly or just walk out into an open obviously surrouiby enemies. They also rely on the player being there to play like superhumans. This is with most cods with bots but to see how dependent they are on you just load an all bot match and spectate.

My friends used to play a game on Bo1 where we just try to avoid a whole team of veteran bots and it was so chaotic and fun
Snd vs veteran bots was so dope back in the day
My friend and I would always load up Hazard or Villa and camp out in a building to see how long we'd last. But on CoD ghost I would do what you do, only infection. My bots would have a knife and the infected would have a knife but have op perks and throwables. I'd then see how long I could run from them as my team got picked off one by one.

Besides bo1, mw2019 had one of the most insanely difficult bots i've ever seen. i would just load up atrium on recruit difficulty to get some execution kills and these guys would hipfire one tap me if i was in their vision for more than a second

My favorite is BO3 bots. They seemed really balanced, me I suck so much I don't even play the online multiplayer just hardened bots lol.
BO1 combat training was super dope!!!!! I LOVED having objectives when playing bots. I completed most EVERY single challenge in combat training! About the only thing I would change is having to be online to play. But yeah. Ops 1 was a blast to play with friends!! And alone.

I completed the veteran bots on bo1 challenge: they're not that bad but like with any other veteran difficulty (imo) they're straight up annoying. Shotguns, last stand, and PC famas recoil were the main causes of my deaths. I went 30-35 on Firing Range
The literal Call of Duty game Ghosts has the hardest bots on veteran I've seen. BO1 is right underneath. I play BO3 always, but Ghosts veteran bots haunts my brain always

Man it was painful but real fun getting more than two kill with the sniper XDD
after a long day of sweating a wile ack i actually dropped a double nuke against 8 veteran bots on summit! but only once.

Not gonna Lie Cod ghost multiplayer is Like a masterpiece when you play against bots cuz they don't cheat Like bo1 bots and they play EVERY MODE and using every killstreak and the way they move feels like playing with real players
Funny thing… before I moved out of my parents for college, I didn’t have fast enough internet to be online. I would play at my friend’s house under my own account.. any way, I would practice on bots for HOURS on end just to get good at the games. It’s paid off in the long run. Playing hardcore hardened bots is what I did, that seemed to be the most realistic to online gamer playing in my mind.

I just run recruit after a long day at work.
Sometimes I would play modern warfare and warm up with recruit bots and the real players are literally worse

How many of COD games on the PS4/PS5 games have local multiplayer, offline split screen in which you can play Team Deathmatch games against bots with a friend? Also, how many of the COD on PS4/PS5 let you play the campaign with two players offline in split screen? I know it's a dying breed to play split screen but still love it.

Fun fact my first time against veteran bots was in bo3. It was gun game with a couple of my friends and the rest veteran bots. I won with a few deaths
W (I already went up against Black ops 1 veteran bots when I was a kid. I did team deathmatch with all the bots on the other team and I won and keep in mind I was very bad at the game back then)
In cod ghosts I used to play on the building that was falling down (map) , camp at one of the spawn sight lines and use the m27 lar thermal with suppressor and just mow the bots down on regular 😂
In codm if you are a high level player and have good kd and what not they will be as hard as bo1 veteran bots except that they get headshots when they shoot at your feet and slide around instead of drop shotting,so they are worse in codm

Lol this is how I used to practice with guns set the boys to veteran and play free for all or tdm me vs the bots. Actually won most of the time after a while with just my super trusty tac45 silenced with ext mag.

I’ve played Cold War with Veteran bots like 7 months ago and the veteran bots acted like the recruit bots. I would stand in front of their face and it would take them like 10 before they started shooting me. The bots were so bad.
