2:01 does anyone know what would have happened if pitcher had successfully tagged out runner at home after wild pitch? Ump had already indicated pitcher was gone. Does defense only have 8 players at that time or does the ejection get implemented at the end of the play or did the umpire fail to let the play complete before ejecting? Thanks for any input. Edit/Follow up I guess it doesn’t matter under the current rules because I am fair certain umpires are forced to take time to confer before ejecting so the pitcher in today’s game would remain in until being ejected after the play
Im no Cardinal fan but i felt terrible watching Ankeil pitching that day.
Me either and yes, hard to watch
Strausburg getting ejected funny, like "I know you're not trying to do it but you're gonna kill someone out here"
I miss Jon Miller/Joe Morgan on ESPN broadcasts…clown show now…A Rod? C’mon man
Nice video keep it up
Yippee kiaye mofo😂

Yip lol 😅
YIP
That ump that ejected Strasburg is a real bitch.
Where was the pitching coach?
Rick Ankiel was a horrible pitcher. He did much better as an outfielder.
