Alex I watched it twice and I have an answer to what Hawkins and Laure were trying to say about Michael. Michael Myers as a child without his mask seem confused. Michael in 1978 Laure removed the mask again....Michael yet again looked somewhat confused again and didn't move forward without the mask. In Halloween Kills he followed but didn't engage in battle until he put on the Mask. To a 6 year old child its armor!!!!!!! Without I do believe Michael Myers will take lasting damage without his mask /armor.

I could go for a 2 hour Halloween movie.
What I love that this film seems to be aiming towards is the possible simplicity of Michael’s motive to the original film. Home. Michael was home when he saw Laurie sliding mail under Michael’s home thus disliked that which caused him to take out her friends one by one as a cruel joke until her got to her. Fast forward 40 years later & Dr.Sartain setting the bus crash up & putting Michael on Laurie’s path, Michael was just on a killing spree headed towards his house as can be seen in the flashback from Halloween Kills. He just wants to be home.
Yea he looking for his state check she prolly took or got mixed up from the mailman 🤷🏾♂️ all he wanted………..I mean no job since he can’t get that’s all he can do is collect I’ll be upset to if it wasn’t there 1 day a 🔪 it is then……
Laurie needs to be the one to kill Michael, not Allyson. This is Michael and Laurie’s story; always has been, always will be- Allyson just so happens to be Laurie’s granddaughter. If Michael just kills Laurie & Allyson kills Michael, that would completely destroy everything that Laurie has worked for her entire life & for what? So, i really, REALLY hope they don’t do that because it would be such an insult to a character as iconic as Laurie Strode. Also, the difference between Allyson & Laurie is that Laurie is the only one (along with Hawkins) who understands that you can’t kill Michael by just shooting or stabbing him; it has to be a spiritual kill. With all that being said, Allyson will obviously be involved in the final battle somehow & if Michael & Laurie take each other out & she’s the sole survivor, (which is the most likely scenario) I’d be fine with that & that would be much, MUCH better of an ending than Michael just killing Laurie & then Allyson killing Michael. I really hope that the writers don’t do that to Laurie’s character.

Went and seen it yesterday a mob of them tracked Michael Myers and they attacked him with clubs and a couple of them including a old sheriff bracket shot him multiple times, then Michael got back up and started taken that mob apart and I was cheering for Michael! I don't go for a mob attacking one man no matter who it is

The ONLY way to kill Michael is probably to kill Michael at HIS HOME❗When Michael originally broke out in 1978, he went back home. He only came out because Laurie disturbed him. In the flashback after H78, Michael went back home and the police disturbed him. After randomly killing ppl after leaving Laurie's burned house, he went back home and killed Big John & Little John. MICHAEL JUST WANT TO GO HOME❗He was fine until the podcast couple interrupted home again and got him riled up.
⭐ In HE, Laurie should die. She's been suffering too long and even if Michael dies, she'll still be to paranoid to live because he always comes back.
⭐ Michael needs to die, FOR REAL. But it needs to be in his home, that's the only place he has peace. And to be honest, there is no way Michael is still kicking enough to fight and kill by HE. They seriously fucked him up. Even if he's running off adrenaline, kill his ass.
⭐ Allyson needs to be the sole survivor. But since she survives, she needs to have the same paranoia that Laurie had and it should drive her crazy to think he's not dead (but seriously, he needs to be dead).

The movie will continue the same night, Michael will go after Allyson to finish her off and heads over to the hospital without him knowing Laurie is getting ready for him. Another movie full of blood bath again as Michael takes on more mobs and more cops but in smaller groups as Michael makes them look for him somewhere else leaving only a few at the hospital. Allyson and Laurie confront Michael all 3 badly damage but Michael being more resistant going for the kills when Hawkins shots Michael right in the neck his aim always been shit but manages to hurt Michael bad he gushes blood all over Michael gets close to Hawkins and stabs him in the stomach and breaks his neck. Laurie seeing this and weakend grabs the gun and points it right at Michael head from behind and suddenly the shape turns quickly Laurie shoots a couple of shots Michael collapses so does Laurie we see Michael's mask with bullet holes and Laurie dying telling Allyson that the Boogeyman will never hurt anyone anymore and dies. Allyson grabs gasoline and burns the shape and makes sure all is left is just ashes, we see the outside of the hospital Police sirens and others coming to the hospital seeing the aftermath of evil, credits roll.
I could see an ending of Alyson killing Michael and the evil possess Alyson making her the new "Michael Myers". With the psychological trauma she has been through in the last two movies this narrative makes sense in a political standpoint. Fans would hate this idea including me. How it should end is Laurie losing Alyson to Michael making Laurie go nuts. Laurie destroys Michael's house. Making Michael mortal. One that is done Laurie kill Michael and destroys the mask too.
If you noticed also she seems to have an obsession with knives
You know, they could've finally killed Michael if there were more people on him and just ganged up on him! But they pulled that same shit Thor did with Thanos. Didnt go for the head! ALWAYS go for the head! Also, has no one thought, let's disable and cut him apart? Like take his arms and legs from him. He can't do anything without his limbs. Lastly, is Karen actually dead? We thought the sheriff was after Sartain stabbed him and ran him over with the SUV.
After ENDS, maybe something like HALLOWEEN: THE SHAPE OF MICHAEL MEYERS or WRAITH OF MICHAEL MYERS: A NEW BEGINNING with a different killer. Dumb if Michael dies and comes back like Jason. Dead is Dead.

Explanation of Michael's power has to be something Supernatural along the lines of H6 combined with a little H2 explaining in more detail that basically Michael Myers is the EMBODIMENT of SAMHAIN, a powerful DEMON of HELL (one of the 66 seals) who rises when summoned for blood sacrafices. I watch it for the narrative and the atmosphere, I don't watch it for gore. The fact that is in it is just a bi- product its neither here nor there for me. Halloween 78 was hugely successful due to the excellent use of music and subtlety. I just hope they manage to retain that sophistication without turning it into some 28 days later / Jason Voorhees. I really want Carpenter to override a lot of the writing/production.If only.

I know it was called Kills, and we all kind of expected to lose some characters, but I REALLY hated Karen getting offed right at the end.
I really enjoyed 2018 and Kills, but have some major concerns for Ends. Hope DGG hasn’t painted himself into a corner. Any question of Michael being a mere mortal or supernatural in this trilogy was pretty much answered. His head was stomped on, he was shot several times at close range, beaten to death by the mob and then Karen stabbed him in the neck/spine. That puts him past the point of transcending. He basically napped for 5 minutes, then got up and destroyed the entire mob and killed Karen. So how they get around actually killing this being, without ending up in “Jason in space” territory, I do not know.. I’m also a bit concerned about the talk of Covid/politics being included.
I hope there is a definitive end tho. They run the risk of ending up in the same place as Halloween ended up in the first place, The more sequels they make, the worse they get. Many of the Halloween sequels, the vast majority are truly horrendous movies.

The son exists in a separate Halloween Timeline! However, the possibility IS there that she had a second child who lived with her ex… or one of her exes. John is a possibility but ultimately very doubtful

Is the Halloween KILLER " The Shape" or Michael Myers? Michael is spiritual dead because no human can survive multiple gunshot BUT "The Shape" can survive . Fans are focus on this is Michael Myers but the question is, can the shape replace exchange Michael Myers body/ soul with another person body. Also, Halloween 3, 4 , 5 and 6 didn't have the character Laurie and the movies did good. So Halloween Franchise can move on but who a new " The Shape" or Michael Myers.
