Eureka forbes robot repairing very bad service from there end. Technician closed ur complaint without visit. Wherever we call in customer care they speaks very well but service is very very poor. On eureka forbes site there are no Review system otherwise it will be 0 rating. U can not buy accessories separately. U have to pay ₹530 extra visiting charges for change any accessories. If u want to buy Normal brush for that u have to extra ₹ 530 and brush charges extra. I will not recommend this product to any one strongly. Don't buy this product.
Yes it's true.... this product it's not made in India it's made in China that's what we also cannot provide you good service because we cannot get spare parts easily....thank you
