You have managed to progress in your skill as a rider, and as a content creator, but the best part, is that you haven't lost that earnestness and Doodle-ness that makes you so fun and genuine to watch. Thanks for years of great videos, and here's to many many more!
I love seeing Whitney and Maria roast Doodle! You should bring Spite as a guest!!
Very nice, from the beginning. I think the people that enjoyed this the most were your editors. They are laughing so hard but then they give compliments to your early efforts. "White text on black screen", I vote YES.
You are the one to watch Doodle! I've learned a lot from you after riding 45+ years, and still learning. Thanks for sharing your experiences!
Doodle's authenticity is what keeps me watching.
Doodle, don't be embarrased, these early videos got me hooked on your channel. Your personality really shines and your passion for motorcycles is easy to recognize. You've grown so much and I've enjoyed sharing this journey with you.
The most wholesome roast! You three are so funny and positive and have great chemistry - and it’s been a wonderful journey for you Doodle! Be proud of all your work!
We have a saying: “No master has ever fallen from the sky!” Meaning that everyone has to start small. You've come a long way very quickly, both in motorcycling and with your channel. You can be proud of that.
I watched your livestream a few days ago and am working my way through your videos. Everything I see is entertaining and authentic. You also show failures, which many don't have the courage to do.
Keep going, just like this!
A character in a video game I play says "No one's a natural. We all have to put in the work."
Thanks! It was fun watching this. Y’all have definitely turned into a power trio.!
The three of you have a wonderful fun loving and caring rapport. You make a great team.
I normally don't watch videos like this but you; Carolyn, Maria & Whitney are just brilliant and so funny together. Keep it all going.
Glad you weren’t actually to embarrassed to post. Been riding 30+ yrs and still enjoy and learn from your videos.
This is great--love the inside view of this. You should do an annual 'bloopers' video...i bet you see a lot through your adventures!
Nice idea!
I enjoyed this. Doodle is so famous that inspired fans like me to get a E-Bike 2022 Talaria Sting MX3 SuperMoto and next time you go to Kershaw County South Carolina again, stop at the Lizards Thicket in Richland County exit 74 I-20E US #1 N
I agree with Whitney: you are so authentic. It's what grabbed me about your channel, and kept you a must watch when I've moved on from other motorcycle content. I'm so impressed with how far you've come, and so excited for what the future holds for you!
Happy New Year!! ❤
from one content creator to another, I congratulate all of you! You have a nice balance with your humility and focus. thanks!
.5 sec into the first clip…”pause” hysterical laughter… All the editors out there laughed with you. The rest of us are like “what’s so funny”. Pure gold.
The early videos are the best. She was so young, naive, and honest. Doodle wore her heart on her sleeve, and the best thing is that she still does. We love it.
When people are honest about their lives on UA-cam they make the best videos to watch, you and Her Two Wheels are in that category. Content is also important and you should take pride in that you do so, that you are worthy of watching because you are true to yourself. Keep at this, your editors do a great job too. Thanks
This video is sweet and adorable. You have been authentic since the beginning. You have true character.
I have been watching you Doodle from almost the beginning and loved every minute of it. You just do you and we all love you for it. I started riding in my 20's on a Honda SL 175 because of marriage and children I stopped riding and started again after my wife died in 2012 kind of as part of my grieving. You , Amanda, Jess and Noraly are at the top of my list women UA-camr's
Doodle has always been authentic and it shows. I didn’t realize how long I have been watching you!❤
Hands down my favorite motorcycle UA-camr! The storylines, the bubbly personality, and the educational aspects!
What a wonderful look back. Really shows how far you have come.
Roasting isn't really necessary when you've got that granny helmet cover behind you, it does all the roasting by itself and then some. 🤣 I think more than anything Doodle it's that the joy you get out of riding and learning stuff is infectious hence why we are here. All the best for 2025. Cheers
Two things you ladies mentioned in this video that did capture me as a follower. You are and have always been authentic. I’ve always admired your tenacity as well. It’s like y’all mentioned in this video, there was a resiliency that I identified with. Having grown up with hard-working parents, but not much money. I think we do learn to try harder and not quit. I really enjoyed Whitney over on Spite’s Corner as well.
Your chemistry and synergy between each other is so good! 😄
I started riding in 1985 and I LOVE seeing your enthusiasm for riding!!! Great content all the way around!
I want to thank you for sharing your journey. You are an amazing person. Hope you continue to grow and SHINE!!!❤❤❤❤
Doodle you've had great content from the beginning, but it's great watching grow and accomplish all you have! You're an inspiration to both riders and creators!
Doodle has always been the real deal!
Love your channel! I’ve only been riding 1.5 years and I’m addicted! I’ve found that motorcycling is the one sport where the risks are extreme yet the desire to practice is almost nonexistent. My husband & I do long trips and need to learn to share them better. Just learning UA-cam because we’re so passionate about riding and sharing it. Love your dynamic with your editors!!
I really do love watching the 3 of you together. Even as individuals, you're so genuine and honest in sharing the journey, emotion and fun. Yeah, everyone wants to hear the specs, how it handles, how fast blah blah blah but what people really want to know is does it make you smile. We ride for the emotion, the fun, the smiles and the peace it brings us.
I've always had the utmost respect for Doodle. She was one of the first couple female vloggers I watched.
But.......her energy was always pinned at an 11. She would tire me out just watching. I'm so glad you have found your groove. You are awesome. My top three favorites are Amanda, Staci, and you.
Doodle!!! So glad you posted this! Takes me back!! You’ve been so influential in my motorcycle journey and my UA-cam channel! The first video I watched of yours was the S 40 Boulevard review. I didn’t have a motorcycle yet and I was trying to figure out which one to get. Then I went back and watched how I got into writing progress update number one finding fifth gear and on and on. when I finally started in my UA-cam channel, you pointed me in the direction of taking a class on how to succeed in UA-cam from Video Creators. I remember you posted a spreadsheet showing all of your costs and expenses and revenue which was really helpful in my UA-cam journey. It’s so fun to see you succeeding! Maybe someday I can hire an editor to edit my videos. I need a lot more views before that happens.
You’ve come a long way, Doodle! Awesome !
I remember almost all of these viddies coming out!!! amazing to look back on the growth of the channel, thanks for sharing!
this is great. soo happy that you pushed through and have done so much. can't wait to see where you go next. also WAY to goo editors. cheers.
Yabba Dabba Doodle, we had a discussion about the 675 chain maintenance at Hourglass 2017ish if I remember correctly, glad you've found so much knowledge and enjoyment in the two wheeled life
Cool collaboration and cool chicks who ride like the best of any of us. Hat's off to you Doodles and Whitney and Maria! Good work!!!
I’ve been enjoying your content. I’ve picked up some good tips on travel.
Seeing that you have and promote the break free light is awesome. I have one and I love to see how cars slow down when I’m engine breaking!
Wishing you the best 🙌🏾🙌🏾
I like the white text on a black screen. I've been subscribed to you since your early videos. You have come so far Doodle.
Carolyn, your motorcycle progress has been amazing. Love your content!
Doodle doesn’t need makeup. Absolutely Beautiful
You show your “errors” too. Makes you more human🏆😁✌️
I'm 63 been riding for 45yrs. I love your old vi deos. Reminds me of how i started riding all those years ago!
Love this! I first found your S40 review and it was the best one on the net. I ended up buying the S40 and still have it and love it going on five years. Of course, I do my T-clocks. I later found your video of how to get the S40 into 5th gear when it was "sticky" and I was like, "who the heck is this chick try'na get into 5th in a neighborhood?" But, it worked. I found you again in 2021 and and became a sub. Love your authenticity and good vibes! It took me a WHILE to realize you were the same person as the S40 videos. 😂
I'm in the N ATL area if you ever wanted to borrow my S40 for a throwback to your roots vid on a bike you convinced me to buy.
Cheers!
Been with you since back then!!! Yes - you have evolved on many levels.
Congrats and well done!
😮 You’ve come a long way! Your techniques and self-criticism made you a better rider. KUDOS!!!
Doodles has come a LONG way and grinded hard to get where she is. Must respect and support from one of ya neighbors lol Keep it up!
Congratulations on your success to this point and in your becoming part of an awesome crew. You guys have great energy and seem ready for big things.
My dad said “that’s how you grow, taking skin off” I used to think he meant that literal. Another dad told us if you’re not falling you’re not learning. That was while trying to teach us how to waterski but we told each other that when we ate it on road bikes, mtn bikes and any other time someone hit the ground with vigor.
Keep it authentic, dont worry too much about making perfect videos. I sometimes kind of miss the days when doodle was kinda ignorant (no offense), just full of determination. This channel is a character driven story to me, all about growth and development. First video you didnt know anyone who rode, now look at you with great close friends👍.
Its so awesome to see this video and your growth! My daughter was asking about you the other day~ asked why she has not seen any 'doodle' videos.. LOL Now we can watch this one... I cant believe that I've followed your moto-life since 2020... Dang...
I've been a fan for at least 8 years. Keep up the great work. You're absolutely amazing.
Covid "distancing" seemed to inspire a lot of calming/ASMR type videos. The style and slower pace probably seemed more appropriate at that time.
Anyone who has ever improved has been less impressed by their previous work. It's natural and healthy to feel that way.
Good job ladies!
It's so nice to share common interests with your SO whenever you can.
This video was fun! I didn't realize that i was watching your video's for that amount of time, i saw a lot of video's back in here that made me say "i know that one" and the well known "oooohhh yeah that one". Keep it up Doodle!
What an awesome video, thank you for sharing your passion and enthusiasm with us all the time! Fantastic editing too, ladies!!
It is easier to read white on black but if you just check your background and all the print is readable that works too.
I’ve been watching motovloggers a Long time. M13 days ! I was caregiving my wife 24/7 365 for many years dreaming of the day I could ride freely. But honored to take care of her.
I’ve watched you the whole time and I’ve learned quite a bit from your experiences and inspiration .
I was hesitant when an Ultra Classic was offered to me as I am a large man but spine , arthritis other issues .
Well if Doodle can do it I have no excuses!
All of your riding courses and trips really helped my confidence.
Your Sturgis undercover one had me concerned I had to watch it on my phone in truck to make sure your ok while cows mooed for ten minutes waiting for me to feed them ! lol.
Now wife has passed 5 years and for sure in heaven blasting around on her Triumph 500 long red hair flying .
2002 ultra classic. Got 3 years of pure joy and love of the road. She’s now getting full going through front to back. New Ultima twin cam.
2005 BMW f650 gs I got last year to pop around on while ultra is in shop. Brushed up on your enduro off road courses. That bike is a blast too!!!!
Kudos to your editors / friends ! Great blend , great work , great ride you guys had too.
Throttle Therapy has done Wonders for my well being and Spirit.
Enjoy the New Year !
HA! I remember M13 way back in the Hi8 youtube days. Watched him a lot. Funny I looked him up a year or so ago wondering how things have gone out there. He was in a terrible wreck at some point as well, and recovered. Always remember him ripping around Taiwan on the Kawasaki Ninja 650. Who can forget the M13 Rave biker videos.
He might have been the first motorcyclist on earth to stuff a camera in his face and talk while riding around.
Totally inspiring! And I heard the word "authentic" used several times. I believe people are looking for authentic more than perfection.
Inspired by doodle to get my first bike a couple of months ago. This channel has so much great content for learning and reviews. Nice job.
I've been watching your videos for the last couple of years. Doodle you're doing great! I share your videos with the younger female members of our extended family. They are definitely not ones to be pigeonholed into a role or image by anyone or group. Like You! Excellent Cool 😎
I keep my channel subscription count low. I only subscribe to channels for which I want to watch every video they put out in their entirety. I watch plenty of 2 wheel content, but yours is the only bike channel I subscribe to. I got back on a bike last year after being away for 30+ years. I think what makes your channel appeal to me in a way none of the others do is your unpolished, very real feeling, displaying of your path of discovering and learning and making mistakes and getting back up and progressing and pushing your limits, both in riding and youtubing. It's motivating for me to keep going as I relearn everything as a very different rider than I used to be, and makes me happy and proud for you as you keep growing.
Just make sure you don't put so much polish on your stuff in the quest to please The Algorithm that you lose that realness.
Fav: Positive vibe throughout Doodle history. ⚡️💪💪💪
I think I first joined in with "I broke my motorcycle" so it can't be that bad a title. I will admit I couldn't believe anyone could get to be an adult without knowing you have to check the oil. Lol
But I've stayed around to watch ever since so you must be doing something right.
Been here from those videos 👍 your editors are right and a laugh 😂💕
I guess I’m strange because when I discovered your channel I watched every video from the start & enjoyed them all. Your journey has been amazing. ;D
Love Joanna, she embodies an exquisite allure that captivates all who behold her. Her elegance and charm elevate the art of beauty on UA-cam to unparalleled heights, making her a true icon of sophistication.
Well damn...
I love your channel and the real world authenticity you bring to the Sport and I also like to pass on tips from over 50 years of riding and wrenching on Bikes, When you drop a big heavy bike se the bars and the front wheel for extra leverage to lift the bike back on it's wheels by turning the bars the front wheel adds leverage to help get the bike upright again, Then seeing as there are so many 270 degree parallel twins in motorcycling these days here is a tip I picked up as a Triumph Tech along with BMW, Aprilia, Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, KTM , Ducati, Harley, Indian and many lesser known brands the knowledge I have I am making sure will not go with me to the grave.
Comparing the standard Triumph Bonneville with the America and I found that the 270 degree twins with their V twin firing order work best when for instance on a Bonneville you may be in say third gear for a given scenario with the America and say a Yamaha TRX 850 make sure you are a gear higher than you would be on a conventional twin and load the throttle up you will be amazed just how much better the engine works the improvement in torque and just how well those engines work when ridden that way they are not the same as a 360 or 180 degree vertical twin and need a different technique to get the best out of them possibly a future video there trying different riding techniques on different bikes they all respond differently and such knowledge will help out especially new riders or those coming back after many decades Cheers all of you are awesome
It's awesome seeing how far you've come since that first video Doodle, both production wise, and as a rider. I have to say that I'm jealous of some of the road trips you get to do though. I'm in the process of saving up to do a road trip from Sydney to Uluru (Ayers Rock) hopefully later this year.
6:05 Thanks a lot Whitney. I resemble that. 😂 At least my videos are 360 videos though, so you can change up the view as you go.
Poor Doodle's Boulevard though. I love the Boulevard's, they're an awesome bike, as you 3 found out on your road trip last year. My previous bike was a '99 Intruder 1500 (Boulevard C-90), and my current bike is a '10 Boulevard C-109R. Both are great bikes, and I only upgraded from the Intruder to the Boulevard cause 60 odd hp in the Intruder was feeling a bit asthmatic after 2 years of getting used to it. Plus I wanted to update to something newer, bigger, and with a bit more poke.
This video was great! Authenticity is the best!
Lol this was a lot of fun! I actually remember the intro from the second video you showed with all the doodle lore/backstory.
I had no idea whitney did editing for other channels. Neat
I’m absolutely loving this.
My wife uses that same sick motorcycle sound as a ringtone for texts and calls from me!
You should do a video about a pre ride check, and yes, the black & white is cool. I'm proud of your journey and you inspire me to keep riding. I got divorced and stopped riding very much because I was afraid to ride alone. Finding your channel has been so great, I've been binging all of the videos. I just bought a 2015 Tiger XRX! I have a Harley Slim but I think I will like this bike more!
Thanks girls not stopped smiling .... needed this this morning. Bore da from Wales xxx
I just recommended you to a very small young lady who's part of a Harley family. This is a lot of fun :)
Natty hair FTW!
This was cool...I started watching early on around the time I started law school. Your videos were a good break from studying!!
Howdy 🤠
Oh the memory lane! I have only seen a couple of videos Doodle’s done in past (Kidding, way more), and I didn’t even consider getting a HD until she mentioned how good they are, lol. And buddy who’s from Brazil asked me to meet him at HD dealer, which then I got to sit on bike that amused me, now I own it, lol.
As for how authentic Doodle is pretty factual, & I feel like she sat the bar for what I look for in motorbike content channels now, lol.
I say that as I also watched Yammie Noob, & I’ve long quit watching because of the lacking for that.
As for Whitney, I feel she deserves way more credit, as she’s done great stuff.
So, return of Doodle’s authentic intros, & the revving sound clip at end of videos?
Keep up with life's adventures. Keep living your best life. Stay humble.
I didn't know there was a Doodle-Yammie connection until now!
Great look back 👌 !!
Great segment! ❤
Doodle I love your videos I have been watching them from the start even when you was working in Atlanta and starting out on a motorcycle 🏍️ I watched you three enjoying the video of time past keep the videos coming and maybe one day we will meet on the road so keep it between the ditches and Gods blessings to you and all your family and all ways remember God first
I personally liked them. Yes I was watching them back all most at the beginning. Not criticizing today's videos but there is nothing wrong with the old school just teaching and riding.
For the record, no male UA-camrs have ever made a video like this. Congrats.
I blame the balls, they are sooo sensitive.
🤣🤣
... one things for sure- you are holding on to your good looks.
Authenticity! That's the key. That was a fun watch. ✌️
15:35 … what? … my parents drilled into me “If you don’t succeed, try, trying again.”
But I much be one of very few Gen Y’s with a father that is from the Silent Generation (pre-baby Boomer) and I’m Australian. I did also grow up hearing “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing twice and expecting a different result.”
So it’s not just a case of trying again, it’s trying again differently.
I remember that episode from Yammienoob where Whitney tried that yellow Ducati 1098, it was fun to watch!
Those humble beginnings :)
Hey Doodle, making videos is like riding a motorcycle the more you do it the more you learn. The things you showed back at the start of your vloging maybe weren't great as far as camera work is concerned but you created the large fan base because of the content. Yes the camera work and interaction has improved but it's the content that keeps us coming back. White on black, I'm not a big fan but it can be impressive in some context. Stay Safe Stay Well and Keep Two Wheels Down.
That was a wonderful video.... Doodle's wheels thru the years..... and you didn't show any of the 1000's of U turns or bike lifts. It's really amazing how far you've come in a relative short amount of time with your skill level!!!! Be safe and Blessed..... I hope you are not getting the bike out in this snow today.... ;-)
I think I have been watching you from the almost the first or second video such a cool video you got some mad skills thanks again for sharing your experiences
Always good to watch, keep going 👍
Excellent. Ladies, POWER TO YOU! Keep up the great work!
Looking forward to many more videos to come!
i got inspired by you and got my first Adventure bike zontes 350T and can't wait to learn as i'm a newbie haha 😂😂. so excited to learn more from you ❤❤
GET ITTTTTT
Your old videos are great!
