This Mack dump truck is going to cost a lot! It needs to be done.

- The equipment needs to be ready to go for the concrete season. The new dump body on the Mack dump truck is one major expense this spring but the old box is tore up and needs replacement. You need to spend money to make money. Enjoy
Ryan I think the important part of all these winter videos is how important maintenance and repair/replacement as well as upgrades are to a successful business. Equipment neglect is costly.
Especially if you can do the maintenance yourself. More $$$ in your pocket.
Yeah I love the contrast
Did you find your keys they might be in the Silverado
Most definitely! Preventative maintenance is one of the most important things to be successful. Can't do anything with broken equipment..
Couldn’t agree more. The excavation company I’m employed by has machines that nobody takes the time to maintain, always some sort of breakdown and downtime going on. Just today we’re talking about needing new GPS equipment for the bulldozer talk about a hefty bill
Don’t pay the heavy highway tax. Tell them your truck identifies as a Prius 🤣🤣🤣
🤣
Funniest comment ever. Wouldn't surprise me nowadays
It has a battery, therefore you can conclude it’s an EV
Hahaha, now that was 😁 😂 😀 🤣
I’m effing dying!! He’ll yeah!
The way you helped Eric, by giving him the means to succeed then when he called, you helped but didn't coddle him either. Then he called and said he fixed it? Boom huge lesson. That's what makes or breaks a small business, it's awesome how you are mentoring Eric, and it's even better he acknowledges and listens
I really dig the relationship you and Eric have, you're a great mentor. Watching Eric struggle with the truck makes me want to start a GoFundme, not sure if that's too much.
Nothing can be appreciated like something that has been worked for. Gifts can be appreciated, but it's not the same. Let him work on a truck and put the time in. That's my opinion.
Eric asking "when am I seeing you next?" after dropping off the Mack was heart-warming. He wants to learn and he puts in the work. Really cool stuff to see, glad Ryan posts this content because I think it can make us all a bit better.
2 days in a row of content ! I miss this lol thanks Ryan have a great week! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Darryl Checking His Pockets 🔑🗝️
Perks of running a small business. The good side and the bad side. Thank you for showing us both sides Ryan.
I wouldn't look at this as a bad thing. It's winter and you just need your things to get serviced right
@@antonlifer4449 well, I’m speaking in general. His whole channel. He’s never just showing us the good stuff. He shows everything. That’s why I really like him.
Hey Ryan, been watching your videos pretty much since the beginning I like that this year you posted a lot more during the winter especially with all the maintenance and the new shop you have , It’s really entertaining ,it’s nice keeping us up-to-date and see your progression throughout the winter season getting ready for concrete season
I think you and Eric as a team is awsome ! Always good vibes
Im glad you and Erick have this bond I remember when he first was introduced and look at him now .
Ryan your a perfect example of a great boss someone would want, your like my boss man! Hard to come by not only good employees but good bosses who don't card just about the money
Ryan your not kidding. It's far from cheap. I currently work as a fleet manager at a fuel company. We have 7 small vehicles from pickups to cars. Then about 20 straight trucks single axle. Then we have a duel. 3 small trailers. 9 tractors and 12 trailers that haul fuel to gas stations. The service, registration, fuel permits, repairs, vapor tests, and state inspections I often question at times how the heck do we make money. I just picked up one that cost us 37,000 for a transmission and it's just a spare. People don't realize how much heavy equipment cost.
Hey Ryan,
I love watching this channel during the cement season and also the snow season. Being from Chicago.. born and raised and left it 22 yrs ago and I said adios to the snow but I have learned alot from cement and now I do it myself here in out home but its small platforms here and there
Ryan is the father Eric always needed, glad they found each other, can’t wait to see the GROWTH!
You need to make podcasts of your workday I could listen to this all day
Congratulations Ryan. Hard work and persistence is key to being successful. Your the definition of a leader. The way you took Eric under your wing as a mentor I congratulate you. Salute Sir.
Hey Ryan, one of the many reasons I love your videos, is that they provide a huge insight into USA culture. I love the way you're going into shops and work places and restaurants and talking to people who are serving. It's similar to here in Australia, but different enough to be fascinating. The whole cold weather/snow/ice content is amazing. I really enjoyed the video about the urgent snow ploughing job you did the other day. $1500 US is about a million dollars here! Great work Ryan.
This was my favorite episode. I’m really glad we got to see these customers. They saved up and got something they can be proud of. I’m really happy for them. Lovely people. Makes me proud to be an American.
I'm glad to see that Annie got to help with the trash today.
Hey me Ryan. Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy the channel. I have no clue how to do concrete, I detail cars. But just your attitude and the way you deal with people inspires me. So great to see a something on UA-cam that is positive. Thanks for the good stuff to watch.
Ryan, get yourself TILE. It hooks on your key chain and allows you to find your keys via your cell phone.
Investing in your equipment during the off season, is MONEY in your pocket !!!!!!!!! Breakdowns and repairs cost DOUBLE or TRIPLE in work losses during the busy season !
When I worked for my Dad (back in the day), he would never put any money back into the business but he would buy a BMW or a boat or a motorcoach for himself. So we had old tools, old trucks, old trailers. Always having blown tires and breakdowns, or getting to the jobsite and tools were broken or didnt work. I never understood it and it was so frustrating, I ended up (20 years ago) splitting off from his company and starting my own business. Best thing I ever did!
Good morning!
The season is up on us!!! I cant wait to see whats in store for you guys this season! You have got the fleet looking good this year!
Got to love that Bluetooth shock on Eric's truck
The Winter shop needs a couple bays of Warehouse tier shelving to get all that stuff off the floor and organized.
Yeah you're right I think he has to buy like that heavy-duty shelving from like a Home Depot or wherever they sell that heavy-duty green stuff we had it in our shop we bought it at a closeout building they sold everything light fixtures shelving I think it was a carpet place but in any case he definitely needs that heavy duty shelving you are correct
@@skeena59 yeah or MacGyver knows where to get them
10bucks says Darrel had the keys to the shed when he got fired lol 😂😂
The front shock on Eric’s truck had me dying laughing😂😂
Yeah that was pretty funny hope the DOTA don't squeeze them
Wireless shocks
Had to throw eric under the bus on the stickers lol
Bugs must be going well for himself if he can save up 4 cheques during off season im sure there not many hours on them since he only helps Ryan during the storms but good for bugs he’s killing it
Hey Ryan! Found your channel last night and have just been binge watching ever since. Love your content and the hard work you put in not only to your company but also the channel. I think i speak for a lot of people when I say I love seeing regular hard working guys like yourself succeed on this platform next to gamers, filmmakers, etc.
Thanks Ryan for another video this week. I enjoyed them both. I meant to congratulate u on 300k subscribers last time. So congratulations!!!
the yearly ritual of getting things ready for the season. love it and cant wait to start. we still have 3 ft of snow on the ground and highs of 20 degrees and the forecast doesnt look to change anytime in the near future. not too uppitty about it as its been pretty dry the past few years so the moisture is welcomed. i just hope its not a repeat of 2011 flooding in the spring.
good luck to all who've already started their seasons.
Hi Ryan your really treating us this week with 2 videos 😊
Great video. Thanks for taking the time to record, edit, and share these.
Excellent cold start
I recently lost my Best friend. And your videos keep me thinking positive. I own a property maintenance company. Keep up the videos

Hey Ryan, Glad to see new content! This keeps me going through the night shift. much appreciation sir.
I don’t care what else I’m watching, when the notification comes in the Victory posted. IM THERE ❤❤❤
nice to see you always helping your guys.
One hand is washing the other in this case
I’m the same about keys. Man you really need an Apple air tag! It’s a tracking device not much fatter than a quarter. I have them on my dog, all my trailers, chop saw etc. life savers
In Scotland enjoying your videos
I pour Crete in the 603..foundations,walls. N floors..n finish..love the channel
Great errand run video. I guess I just like seeing you spend all your money! 🤣
Thank you for putting all the time and effort into making these videos for us to enjoy. I haven’t missed a single video or Short since I came across your channel when you were at 17K subscribers.
Hello from Macedonia 🇲🇰
Great videos...i must admit that i cant go to sleep unless i see one vide from this addictive channel :)
Keep the good work big BOSS !
lets pray ryan NEVER GOES OFF THE AIR
@@elgato894 amen on that
Look at Ryan showing us a 45 minute drive can be done without distractions. This is one of many reasons why he is a great mentor 💯 unlike others who drink, eat Cheetos and talks on the phone while operating this heavy vehicle.
Eric really needs to get that truck fixed before anything major happens. Thats a disaster waiting to explode. No telling what all is wrong with that thing.
I would not ever worry about Bugs accomplishing anything perfectly!
Hey like your video lately I like the way you a Eric have fun and always laugh be honest did have anything against the other one but it got old after while. Look forward to season come up
Put air tags on all your keys. Game changer

Ryan you should really invest in a phone case with magnet and a magnetic vent mount for your phone. Makes life so much easier!
Been checking out your channel and your videos here this past week and loving the content and work ethic from another concrete contractor himself , over here in Apple creek Ohio (Zimmerly Concrete) planned to head to the Deco Crete expo if only I didn’t have plans that day 😔 love watching your videos but who likes to watch other people work ! Im always there for the funny moments and everyone loves to see people use other brands of equipment. Good luck in the concrete world, hope to meet you in the future, good relations always prosper to good memories.
Steve's receptionist is always soo pleasant! SARCASM!

7:50, Eric should have said I would be working on my truck if I wasn't over here helping you again! 🤣
Dude look at the tool box 😮 easy money is the slogan for a reason
Eric!! Eric!! Eric man! Come on Eric! You hooked the charger up backwards that's how that Fifty Amp Fuse blew
From what it looks like in his new video he found the part that blows the fuse
Ryan, get you some keyless entry locks! I've seen your slew of keys over the years and this will help your life tremendously!!!!
Thank you Ryan for all the good videos.
This is what I needed after a long stressful days work in the workshop
Congratulations on reaching 300K subscribers Ryan. You may have a future in this UA-cam thing!
eric should buy your tandem, and sell his junk truck, win win for you both!!!great content!!
That shop is right down the road from where I live. Crazy.
😃 Feeling the Concrete Season coming! 🎉
As a business owner I know what keys are worth so I have a tile on it that’s the company name tracks down your keys from your phone or if you loose your phone track it with your keys! Great and handy device!
Can’t wait until the new season begin and to see all the new changes that Ryan have made to his company.
God bless.
Congrats on the 300k subs. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Put an air tag on your keys. It’s a lifesaver when you have to many key rings. Keep up the easy money!
Excited to see what this season brings for the Victory crew!! 🎉🎉🎉
the mack has been good worker for u and deserves a makeover
Ryan has got so many skills it's interesting to watch. learn something. bring my self to learn new skills. Experience in some trades are great as you get older and want to do something your self.
Your winter shop is a bit of a mess I always spent time end of day clearing up so the next day it was a pleasure to start work
You should make a tutorial on how to drive a stick shift dump truck
The best videos on UA-cam thank you Brian
Good morning Ryan thank you for taking us along with you for the ride it's truly inspiring
Nice vlog hope Eric gets sorted with his truck mate just touched the wrong turn condition and blown the big fuse ,
👍👍👍👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧Manchester England 🇬🇧🇬🇧you’ll have to ask the cat we’re the keys are 😂😂
I don’t miss annual DOT inspections but even more than those are the roadside inspections. They could always get you on something.
