Thank you for making this video, my question is, can I perform these steps minus the bandanna, fertilizer, plant food, protein, vitamin b. I only have money for the pepper seeds, and I will be using the dirt and soil I find in the mountains, and water from the river as I do not have planting soil. Can I still grow peppers? My experience with gardening is less than one day.

I think you can make compost by mixing your leftover (as long as it not meat) with soil, add worm and let it decompost by it self, after it is ready you can mix it with soil and make your own plant media

I have been using this method for my monstera for more than a year now and its been great success. But I dont put any fertilizer on top of soil.. just diluted fish liquid fertilizer I made myself in the water of the tank below. Saves even much more time.
