    I admit, I was expecting it to be another basic trick about faking sunlight, but it turned out to be really sweet and overall high quality presentation that makes such a straightforward thing looking very fluid and professional. The editing is great, the contrast between your calm studio setup and real time on set cooperation is very, well, pleasing. I mean, I've been watching SLRLounge for a couple a years now, and there is really a generally appealing style without big distractions most of the time whenever you, Pye, are presenting. It's just easy to watch and listen, honest and calm. There's maybe some awkward humor from time tot time, but no major BS and pretentious commentary is present. So the're a lot to like an something to learn from a host perspective, too )

    Great problem solving on the spot! However - please correct me if I'm wrong - I think using two full CTO gels on one flash didn't make your light warmer, just darker. The type of GTO defines the color temperature. Doubling up just makes them seem more orange to the naked eye - but that's an illusion since they are just a darker shade which you are lighting up again by using more flash power.

    I tried with Godox AD600 in full power (600Ws) with both barehead and the 7 inc reflector. The light would´t bounce around the area, and i can't get the similar result, not even close.

  • @plod1plod157
    @plod1plod157 7 років тому

    Working with Indian couple is the biggest mistake that every photographer made,because Indians always looking every possible way not to pay or trying to drop the price as lower as they can,or even you finish the project and they like it,when time comes to pay,starts complaining about and worst thing is they do not know anything about photography...I m not racist but i do not booking Indinan couples anymore,simply just tell them a high price so they can go to another photographer

    • @shawnl4073
      @shawnl4073 7 років тому

      plod1 plod1, thankfully times are changing. A lot of younger Indians I know try really hard to break these stereotypes. They actually seem to go out of their way to not come off as slippery, unfair, or nit-picky.
      I hope it turns into a non-issue in the near future!
