These Disney ticket price hikes are overwhelming, and all it has actually done is convince me that annual passes are the only sane way forward if they ever open that all up again, which I kinda doubt they ever will.
Years ago when my nieces were in preschool I sent them a lager box of fall leaves. They took them to school and the teachers loved it. Never understood fall growing up in central Florida. Now I have a love hate relationship with fall. Love the colors but hate knowing that winter is coming
What does that matter when they are still park guests? As long as people pay, they can charge whatever they want. If it was 60% former park guests, then perhaps it would make a difference.
Disney used to be the gold standard for the guest experience! Disney does not give a sh*t about the guest experience any more. It’s so sad. Ultimately it’s the person at the top setting the tone. And the tone is “get every last dollar out of the guest” before they return home! The main focus is fees, up charging for literally everything and selling merch.

Price hikes on everything and I noticed a $2 dollar T-shirt being sold for $49.95! And a lunch entree is forty-bucks which makes a whole meal closer to $60 dollars??? Guess I am from another dimension as no way could I afford a day at Disney, not a chance.
go to Legoland, have more perks ( like you get the Lego bags who are sold in Waltmart , cut the cupon and 1 kid enter free, also if you stay at the Legoland Hotel , the park entrance is included , Disney have NO perks in anything
I have to wonder, when we people say,” I’ve had enough, this is too much!” If everyone simply refused to stop these ridiculous prices and stopped going, empty parks and on one in them, they would have to make a reality check. So many have already stopped going, as they cannot afford it any longer.

Homer keeps trying to shout over the crowds to tell Mo that he is no longer going to be a customer, but Mo can't hear him over all the new customers that keep pouring in.
Thats the whole point, in order to lower covid interactions they must lower the park capacity. So they raised prices, pricing out the lower income people. This is causing less people in the park without losing money. The raised prices make up for it. Business 101.
The point of raising prices is to limit the people in the parks. They will lower or offer promotions if the crowds get too low. Very typical for most businesses, especially Disney.

I am a Florida native. Been going to Disney World since the 1970s, grew up on Disney since I was a child. Sadly the Disney I grew up on is gone along with the magic of Disney. I followed the A’s since mid 70’s and painful memories - 1988 Kirk Gibson walk off HR w/ LA & Reds sweeping A’s in 1990! But I still love my team and travel to Oakland and other stadiums to support my team but the let down is inevitable but they have a great history/players! I share your feelings!

This is the last year for the Lights on Jeater Bend. They have been doing it now for 13 years and this Halloween and Christmas will be their last. 😭😭 This Saturday is when the Lights on Jeater Bend start for Halloween. I am definitely going out there several times before it is all said and done. What they have done every year will be missed by many. It’s become a tradition.

Went to Disney this summer and have to say the cast do try their best, but the magic is gone. As an example Epcot in Morocco was all closed with the exception of the restaurant. The Japan shop feels like a relic of what it used to be and the people coming from all over the world are no longer there for the most part loosing it’s charm. Sad

Because Disney values are hardly family anymore, they have lost a lot of customers too hence those who come pay more. Others don’t go anymore because the cleanliness, safety, maintenance of machines nothing like it used to be. You are a great guy and entertaining channel!!

There are a few reasons why I go to a fraction of the games I used to. Price is #1 (tickets, parking and concessions have gone through the roof), but next to that is that you are disappointed approximately half the time you go. I spend my entertainment money mostly on concerts. I am RARELY disappointed after them.
As long as people keep buying tickets, buying merch and food, and vacationing at WDW, Disney will keep raising prices and lowering your expectations on standards quality of the experience.
When I was a kid and went to Disneyland with family, I was fascinated by the sense of motion in the old Tomorrowland- Peoplemover, Rocket jets, monorail, submarines, skyliner. This was before the horrendous '90s makeover ruined the vibes

So if 100,000 stop patronizing Disney they will take notice. Same on them.

This is the last year for the Lights on Jeater Bend. They have been doing it now for 13 years and this Halloween and Christmas will be their last. 😭😭 This Saturday is when the Lights on Jeater Bend start for Halloween. I am definitely going out there several times before it is all said and done. What they have done every year will be missed by many. It’s become a tradition.

I got to see much of the Back to the Future cast at Dallas Fan Expo in 2019. Got to see and listen to Michael J Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson, Thomas F Wilson, and James Tolkan (Mr. Strickland).

Did you know that squirrels turn their legs 180 degrees when they are climbing down the trunk of a tree? Their head and body face down the trunk, but their claws face up the tree which gives them a better grip as they scamper down the tree.

Disney is an evil company. I understand that people have fond memories of the park and all the nostalgia, but it's no longer operating under the principles and scope of Walt Disney's original vision.
“The Disney way” was a book about Disney and their unrelenting focus on customer service. They never put profit over the guest experience. This book no longer applies. I would love to hear Chapeks opinion on this book and the standard Disney used to set.

Went to Disney this summer and have to say the cast do try their best, but the magic is gone. As an example Epcot in Morocco was all closed with the exception of the restaurant. The Japan shop feels like a relic of what it used to be and the people coming from all over the world are no longer there for the most part loosing it’s charm. Sad

Because Disney values are hardly family anymore, they have lost a lot of customers too hence those who come pay more. Others don’t go anymore because the cleanliness, safety, maintenance of machines nothing like it used to be. You are a great guy and entertaining channel!!

There are a few reasons why I go to a fraction of the games I used to. Price is #1 (tickets, parking and concessions have gone through the roof), but next to that is that you are disappointed approximately half the time you go. I spend my entertainment money mostly on concerts. I am RARELY disappointed after them.
As long as people keep buying tickets, buying merch and food, and vacationing at WDW, Disney will keep raising prices and lowering your expectations on standards quality of the experience.
When I was a kid and went to Disneyland with family, I was fascinated by the sense of motion in the old Tomorrowland- Peoplemover, Rocket jets, monorail, submarines, skyliner. This was before the horrendous '90s makeover ruined the vibes
