The ROI difference on each type of renovation is actually surprising. Its good to know whats actually a good investment before starting the design process.
I was quoted 50-70k just to replace cabinets, countertops, and backsplash with medium grade non custom materials with no change to plumbing or electrical and not including new appliances for a small 10x10 kitchen! Damn maybe I need to learn to DIY this since raw materials only cost 10k at most @@brandon-built
@@GuitarsAndSynths Its true the materials will only cost you 10-20k. If you're relatively handy and have some spare time then you should go for it. You can learn everything on UA-cam. I DIY'd my kitchen reno about 6 years ago and I still love it.

Yup, it's crazy that those high end kitchens are actually worth it in terms of ROI
Wow nice design's 😊
Thanks!
contractors are jacking up their fees out of pure GREED!
Maybe. Their expenses have gone up a lot in the last 3 years. We need more people in the trades so there is more price competitiveness.
