I know you chose LP for each flip. Is there a reason you do this versus an LLC? Also is your main entity a corporation or an LLC? It seems people don’t need to worry about these things for their first flip or two but would you recommend getting a business entity first and a LLCs for an offer as a starting point

How do you determine if a wall is non-load bearing wall? Do you need to hire a structural engineer?
I love everything you do. Why did you put the microwave over the range? To me that cheapens the kitchen and makes it look cheap to me. My 2 cents
