the KV-2 reload time has never made sense to me, I’ve seen tanks with bigger rounds and more difficult ammunition storage and still reload normally fast, like what are they doing in their have a smoke break 😂
If you do want play large caliber HE launcher in low tier USSR, just put SU-122 in your 3.7 lineup. It reload faster, be more agile, and 122mm HE can deal with most, if not all, of your enemies
