Nice note about being firm and clear w/ expectations in order to stop things from going over the edge but so important to be able to flip the switch back. I think talking time about subject matter is important too now that remote learning is occurring and wanna keep students engaged so getting em to talk while meeting online w/ class & peers is important. Thanks!
I love your videos. I have my masters in vocal performance but considering teaching music since my kids are now school aged…….. but I feel soooo lacking in the ins and outs of teaching in a classroom
Thats amazing! I think if that if it is something you want to do, go for it! No one, even if you are music ed major, knows what they are doing their first couple of years! If the passion is there and the willingness to learn you will figure it out!
I'm a high school science ve teacher. I'm looking forward to changing my role to music teacher next year. Thank you for making this video. It's very helpful.
Current student teacher here! This video is so awesome and helpful. My college didn’t prepare me for all the things that make up elementary classroom management so this is SO helpful. THANK YOU!❤️
@@musicandmotivate1128 I am worried about thinking about how we will work with materials in class or how we are going to manage the classroom, I have not found anything. Above all, I am concerned about my preschool students. Could you please make a video?
