I disagree on one of your point that when you start a career in site engineer and then you want to switch in BIM, then time is wasted... No it's not so, every engineer should start career with site engineer to learn the physical aspect of construction. When he will stand on site and watch the construction process and problem on site, the solution it really enhance knowledge and capabilities on engineer. Then after a year he can switch to BIM
Personal advice: anyone confused which one to join,, if u have got opportunities to join mmc companies like LnT , shapoorji etc then plz join those companies don't get into BIM If u haven't got placed from campus and ur work in small companies and if it is becoming difficult to join mnc then u can switch to BIM engineer ur known of site will be helpful
See if you can be in site engineer role for 5-6 month it'll be better for you because you see actual construction before your eyes and from there you learn many things and can apply in your BIM career later. I'll say it's not necessary but yes for short period of time you can be a site engineer.

BIM me tum structural modelling karoge, new designs create karoge aur interior me tumko BIM ka software sb utna use aayega nhi, dono k softwares alag hn... To main bolunga kisi ek chiz par poora focus karo aur avi BIM ka demand h market aur aage v rahega. Baaki agar tumko dono sikhna h to sikh lo, pahle Bim sikh lo phir interior sikh lena. Lekin BIM par jyada focus Krna...

For having visualisation in Bim dies one have to be go for site engineer or without site exp also one can able to continue in design field plz ans it
