So if you are new you can expect around 25k which is not that bad when you compare it with other mechanical engineering jobs and if you are good enough you grab 60-70k in few years...all the best

The package includes- AutoCAD,revit (archi & structure), civil 3D, microstation,Aecosim and navisworks. Are these a true BIM softwares? And can we be made industry ready if we follow these? I've heard a lot about BIM 360 , does any of the above softwares has any connections with the BIM 360 as trainer is claiming there's no seperate software for BIM 360! Please advise what to do?
There is no separate software for bim 360 it is a cloud server of autodesk where software like revit can collaborate to work on cloud, and yes those softwares are good but I am not sure which industry they are Preparing you for, overall it seems fine.

You should talk to people and learn more about BIM and parallelly start working in field, BIM will take you a bit away from design.
