@@slightlysalted6537 I did see something that offered an orange blueprint, but I think it was for gems and out my reach. Current event gives a random purple if you spend 10,000 gems, but that's not going to happen for me. I think I'd rather buy and use perk books than save up to that level. And I don't want a random purple!

Yes, I recently got a program to help with them and it also allows UA-cam to translate then as well. I'm going through most of my old videos as well to did their subtitles as time allows
Thanks for the vid, you gave some really good tips and some of which helped me too as a 1,5year veteran. I hadn't considered making purple weapon for 2nd branch while gathering materials for orange to my main. Currently my main has 5 purples and 2nd has 3. Orange weapon should take couple more months to craft.
For f2p players orange equipment seems impossible to get but at least weapon is available for free without spending enormous amounts of gems by saving up tokens in EL. Once I understood tokens can be saved it took 2 EL events to get weapon blueprint and almost got enough for golden ship too.
It's weird how we could play this game for so long and still learn new stuff about it. Top war makes everything in this game so vague and hard to figure out.
And I agree with your F2P point. The only blueprint they're likely to ever get is the weapon from EL

The Thanksgiving, Christmas, and piedmont event also had an orange choice BP in them for 900 of their respective vouchers. I got the Thanksgiving one for ~$75 and opted for the skin during piedmont for ~$100. Christmas wasn't really worth putting in money because of the multiple resources requiring purchase.
I don't remember the Piedmont event having one. The other events are far enough away that I've already completely forgot about them. But I didn't bring up one off events like that just because it doesn't help that last Christmas it was available. We don't know if it's available next Christmas for example

I saw that but I hadn't seen anybody get a blueprint shard better than green. I wonder if all those orange blueprints will be like the Katrina shards. Sure you totally can get it but not really 😆

I received the electromagnetic gun blueprint during EL in July and you are right about the 6 months. It is no joke. You have to keep up on it and never let it stop. I just need 10 more tungsten to build my gold weapon. - Knight🦂
Congrats. I still need to get some orange blueprints the only blueprint I quote unquote have is the pulse jammer. I haven't bought it yet but I have access to it at any time I want it and I'm currently building towards it

Gunna have to watch this vid 20 times to fully understand it all. A lot more complex than what it needs to be….. On a related note, I only just started producing materials about a month ago. I’ve been level 80 for about 3 months. 😭😭😭

@@WGtopwar a lot of it, so many places to get different levels of chooseable and random equipment, blueprints, it’s not a lack of communication from you. Just alot to digest in one go and remember in detail is all.
I hear you there. When I started making this video I was actually thinking it was going to be short and I was wondering how it was going to make it longer. But when I sat down and looked at it I realized wow there's a lot more of this than I had initially thought 😆 But I'm glad it wasn't my delivery of the information that was the problem. Oh topup war.. wish they add that option. I know, some might be become OP than the other. Maybe thats the reason they put it in, lets use their terms.. "coming soon". Which i believe, just like you said, not gonna happens. LOL.

I don't think adding things to the drawing tab would make people OP because you still have to produce them materials and that tab has nothing to do with materials.
Also I don't think they'll add a second blueprint to the baking event. However since it happens every month and it takes 45ish days to make a purple equipment you should be getting them faster than you're making them. Even if you're buying materials from other sources you're likely not going to speed it up that much. But even if you do you may get lucky with the random purple blueprints cause there's a one in three chance that the blueprint would be for your branch
Also you can get random green and white material boxes from SVS rewards.
Oh yes, those are nice if you can hit your 30k point mark

Hmm.. blueprints shortage aside, i prefer to put armor and engine purple on my army. For some reason i haven't get around to make army's weapon. Maybe i'll do it now after getting the purple blueprint box from baking master

Nice, just be careful with how different you make your videos. If it's close enough to The main subject of your channel people won't mind too much. But if you start jumping all over the place people will be frustrated with some of the notifications for stuff they didn't sign up for. Call of duty and Madden might be close enough to each other to get away with it but I think either one of those with top war is an odd combination. But I could be wrong. I'm still a small UA-camr and by no means an expert
I love your stuff. I'm new to the game, just started last week of January this year. Unfortunately, Top War has already "lost" my account 2x, so what happens is, when I log in, suddenly I go from my current level to a level I was way back when I started. They were able to restore my account the first time it happened about 4 weeks ago, but then on March 20 it happened again! Went from level 74 back to my old days of level 19! wtf....anyway, you're so knowledgeable of this game, I was wondering if you have any tips on customer service interaction. I often have to wait days for them to respond.....and then the response is often cryptic in its message. Anyway, keep up the GREAT work, I've learned a ton from your videos and if you have any tips on customer service interaction with Top War, I'm all ears. Certainly not a whale but am VIP8 so to lose all that potential investment is very frustrating. Thanks again.
I've never heard anybody having the issue where their account got lowered and level. Unfortunately customer service in this game according to the community is heavily lacking. And they generally do take days to respond. The only other thing I can add is top war says if it takes more than 3 days for your issue to be answered or resolved that you should go to the official top war discord. Their link is in the game. In the official discord they have a bug report tab that you can state your issue. Unfortunately there's not a lot I can say that can help. Top war sucks 😆😅

You cannot merge blueprints.
You cannot merge equipment but you can dismantle it for all the material used to make it. So it's merging with extra steps I suppose

I got the "Orange Equip Supply Chest" from EL. I was under the impression this let me choose ANY orange equipment to make (excluding Pulse Jammer). Am I wrong? You seemed to say the orange choice boxes are restricted to weapon, or armor, etc.
The one from eternal lands is only the weapon I believe. So you have three options in it. You should be able to open it and so long as you don't pick an option it won't be consumed so you'd be able to check.

That's really weird because it was always labeled as the weapon I just checked with my alliance members and they agreed. I believe even the top war Bible has it marked as a weapon box

I was originally on server 932 then I went to 1138 then I came to 988 where I am right now
My friend told the high precision navigation chip is udeful for army but airforce and navy the 17% dmg doesn't work.Bro can you test that the navy that if the one unit of front row gets 17% more dmg?
I've always been told it only affects one unit of the three that got hit. During my testing My units were all hitting the same. It is possible that I'm using numbers big enough that even though it has a difference it's not big enough to register in the billions for example.
If it applies to just one hit, army will get a much bigger boost than Navy or air right? Only 1/3 of the effect 🤔 that seems very unfair

Just reached level 65. I had noticed I was receiving random blueprint reward items but I could never find them. I still am unable to find them anywhere in my inventory. Where do I find them?
If you used the random one and it gave you a blueprint it won't show up in your inventory. You can find it when you go to craft an equipment

I think they are reviving the bluepritshards as I just the other day random blueprint shards in both white and green catagorys.

No, nothing can be done with blueprints other then use it to make the specific item it represents
This purple blueprint came from Baking Master but it cost 400 points
It always did cost that. But I was so happy to see it come back
So just how expensive in the cupid event? And are duplicate prints useless?
I've never purchased them myself I believe I've been told they're about $200 if you were to purchase the keys instead of using gems. Exact blueprint duplicates are useless especially as orange because you should never dismantle those unless you're super serious about switching to a different branch. But the chests allow you to pick for example any armor from the branches so an armor box has three options that you can pick from.
@@WGtopwar I don't have any purple (yet), but I have four smooth-bore prints (blue army weapon). Just wondered if there was a way to do something with them.
Nothing wrong with building the blue while you don't have a purple. And then once you are 75% done with producing the material for the purple once you get it you can dismantle the blue for the other 25%
Just watched this at level 64. Not sure how I feel about another thing to work on.
You'll appreciate having something to work on when you hit max level. Not too long after hitting max level it feels like you have very little to do in this game

I'm actually not sure. If it does it's not a noticable amount. Such as class upgrades that increase CP by 1000 when your CP is in the EEs. but if you're worried about transfer costs you can always build the material and wait to craft the equipment until after you transfer

Pretty sure this game hates me, cause the last 4 random Purple blueprints I opened gave me 3 army and 1 airforce blueprint. I'm a navy main.

Watched it again at level 65 just to hear that "I won't be talking about how to get blueprints for the blue, green and white material because you usually skip over these very quickly and just get them passively through events." Oh well, too bad I got stuck with 3 of the same white navy gun blueprints, which I assume 2 are useless? I got one green army and white and blue air force blueprints, but don't know if I want to mess with them, since navy is my thing.
The white green and blue blueprints are obtained For the most part passively as you go through events you would normally go through things like individual defense for example is going on right now and hands out a few of those blueprints.
But since the baking event comes out every month one of the things you should focus on getting out of there is the purple blueprint choice chest. You can get one every 30 days and it's going to take you 30 to 45 days to make it so you'll be getting them as fast as you can make them

FYI: No sooner did I build my first two white equipment than I got the green blueprints for the same two, so had to pay to disassemble! Now I got a blue blueprint of my choice box, so it might not be worth building any more whites or greens.
The gold cost is very small especially when you level up. It's good to have something in each slot to get those stat boosts

I made a pulse jammer, but I don’t think it is worth it…taking into account the increase is small..but cost a lot…and please warn your players not to do the wheel of fun…it was terrible! I bought 10 packs of 100 usd coins…and I got a lot of white chests and diamonds! Just don’t do it….I complained to the customer service….It definite cost a lot more than level 7 skills for the gold .
Yeah the wheel of fun drop rates are kind of terrible. But most of the events that come around every week are kind of bad

Again there's no maths involved you never talk about an accurate cost of producing one of those you don't say the numbers you don't say how much money how much gems if you want to speed up, also the "normal attack on one target" increases the damage on all three not just one. Correction. Thanks
I talked about how long it takes to make materials and equipment. And many of the ways I talked about getting orange blueprints, when it comes to gems the cost is variable. I would disagree with your correction on the damage increase affecting all three units that Navy or Air Force attack
