The moment bigroom music and poorly made electro house started taking over main stages at biggest events, was the moment electronic music got destroyed and its scenes got divided. It created events with crowds that dont expect anything from the DJ than dropping a pointless cheap sound with huge basslines so they can jump a little while effed up on drugs. They no longer go there for the music itself, it is clearly visible on official videos from such events.

I don't understand it either. Even the high on trance is a beautiful experience while big room house feel like a forced mess with no melody.
