Bought it. Won't install right, can't get confirmation of an install. Steam says "will be installed along with game". Does it want me to delete the entire game and re-install it? Boot Payday3 and Can't play at all. "Downtime is ongoing to resolve " an error with DLC entitlements" Apparently this problem has been ongoing for the past 13 hours according to the Payday website. Just embarrassing.

All heists are essential to the story. You can play them all in solo mode if you own the DLCs for Syntax Error and Boys in Blue
