"Inclusive language" is one of those extreme ideas that I disagree with. It focuses too much on opinions, emotions and political ideology. For example, having to replace "blind spot" with a different word because it may insult blind people (which it shouldn't) is ridiculous. Am I supposed to stop using the word "hot" because someone might be cold? Why not stop using the word "smart" because someone might be born dumb? At some point, language has to remain consistent and clear (as stated in your previous accessibility tutorials).
