Jeet Bhaskar well I have already changed the bearings and chain is well maintained but i think the bike alignment is slightly off and can it be a problem with tappet? A friend of mine told it's making more noise but seemed normal to me. Thanks for your help ❤️
great job bhai but,Torque wrench use karna chahiye tha engine ko assemble karne ke liye aur company ka instruction manual bhi usme sab bolts ke required torque diye hue hote hai jo ki engine ke liye bohot hi important hote hai.
Thanks a lot brother... Bilkul bhai i highly agree with you lekin maine mere level pr poore india ke bajaj SVC ko call kr dala tha kisi ko koi clue bhi nhi tha ki workshop manual kis chidiyaa ka naam hai... Or bina torque figures ke torque wrench kisi kaam ka nhi tha to maine fir nhi purchase kiya... Saare bolts maine idea se hi tight kiye the or sab perfectly work kr rha hai.. koi bhi leakage ya bolt ka thread damage nhi hua but still torque wrench jaisi accuracy possible nhi hai... Iska ek recent example batata hu vaise to is pr 1 full video aayegi but short me khu to meri home location shift ho gai or jis friend ki ye bike hai usne SVC se tappets adjust karvaaye the to mechanica ne uske head cover ka 1 bolt overtight kr to or uske thread slip ho gye so it's really important to use torque wrench but as i mentioned earlier, due to the lack of workshop manual, i had to rebuild the motor without it.
@@JeetBhaskar bhai jab hum bike kharidte hai us waqt kuch extra 2-4k daalkar manual mil jaata hai. aur agar nahi mile toh kuch nahi kar sakte hai. maine bh ek project pe kaam kiya tha 2 stroke engine par toh usme humne rx135 ka engine use kiya tha par manual nahi hone ke wajah se bohot pareshani ho gayi thi kyonko 2stoke mein accuracy bohot chahiye hoti hai.phir jab humne bohot khoja toh pata chala ki manual aapko bike kharidte samay le leni chahiye. Waise tumne jo kaam kiya hai woh bhi bohot mast hai bina kisi doubt.

Hey buddy...I came here after the ns200 rebuild video...I thought you must an engineer who has a done Masters in Automobile or mechanical...I'm quite shocked that you're an arts student...and same time quite , but hell lot of impressive🔥🔥🔥😊 1 -first of all how did you gain such an extreme knowledge , I mean you're on another level 2 -as I'm in 2nd year Automobile engineering , I'm curious to know that , I'm planning to rebuild my dad's 24 year old HERO HONDA CD100...so the Piston's rod is slightly bent 3- my splendor pro which is well ridden 30k km started to making noise ... probably the chain sound or tappet sound ...so my mechanic told me it's the chain..and it needs to be changed...but I don't want to do so ...is there any shortcuts available???
Thanks a lot brother for the appreciation... It means a lot to me. Now coming to your first question....Well that's a really big of a story and i won't be able to type that much so i will make a complete video on that after 100k but for now i can tell that online fourms + youtube + 4 years of hardwork, fun and practice and many many silly mistakes made this possible.... Coming to the second question i think you should rebuild the whole engine... You can still find spares for the CD... it's a bit difficult but not impossible but it's gonna be harder in the coming time so do it now... Repair the crank... Get the connecting rod changed... Put fresh seals, bearings, cylinder kit , valves and stuff and she will be as good as new from the heart.... Coming to the 3rd one... It can be tappet and timing both but if he's a good mechanic and saying it's the timimg then get that replaced cost around 500 rupess and you don't need to remove any critical engine components to do that... Just the magnet side cover and a few nut of head and the timing chain will be replaced.... That's the only right way to do it or if you still don't want to do so then you can watch a video on how to remove timing chain noise by "master mind tech" channel.... Cheers and again thanks for the appreciation.
@@JeetBhaskar bro bro .....as I mentioned...you're literally on another level, whether it's answering such long questions or making a hell of a bike !!!! And thanks bro especially for the 3rd one ..I wasn't thinking of the cost..but it was the engine which was making me feel anxious...I thought it's kind of premature to open the engine and change the chain...but trust... I've never ridden it past 55kmph...even I do own a Duke 250 but the care I've been taking of the bikes are precious...some of my friends who own a splendor , rides 40 on 2nd gear..but still nothing happened to their bike... Again thanks for advice 🙏🙏👌👌👌
I know you were concern about the engine dismantling but i have to answer from every perspective brother... Let them ride their way... You keep loving the machines... That's your speciality so keep doing it. And i am always there to help ❤️
Hey there, I wanted to know if the ns 200 has a counterbalancer shaft like the new rtr 160 4v and 200,310, ns200has the vibrations but were still manageable, whereas the Apaches are so much smoother now thanks to the counterbalancer . What do you think the new royal Enfield's 650's with the shaft will be like?
Only putting a countershaft can't disappear vibrations.... One needs to do a lot of R&D..... Yes NS have one but looks like it doesn't do the miracle..... Haven't ridden New 160 yet so can't comment.... Let the 650 come... Will let you know my opinions.... If i will get my hands on that.
Great content! Love your passion for motorcycles. Would like to see your video without time lapse. I see that you assembled both halves without any gasket/ liquid gasket maker, was it not required? Can you make a video about How do you source your parts and some info about special tools you bought for engine rebuilding.
Thanks a lot for the appreciation brother.... I used gasket on all the necessary places buddy... Maybe it wasn't shot in the images or so... Stay around and you'll see videos about each and everything in the coming time. ❤️
Can you explain me whats the difference between half engine rebuild and full. The cost difference, when full engine work is required etc. I have a Pulsar 135 LS (2010) clocked 75k KM on odo still running great. But I sense that it may need an engine rebuild considering the high km.
Half rebuild or Top rebuild is something in which a mechanic just work on the upper part of the engine only... In which he replace or repair the cylinder kit and do the valve repair and timing work.... Basically in half rebuild the crankcase of an engine isn't opened. On the other hand a full engine rebuild is something in which the mechanic tear apart each and every part of an engine and rebuild it from scratch.... Replacing or repairing the crankshaft is the main motive of a full rebuild most of the time. It doesn't matter how many kilometers your engine has clocked... What matters is that if the parts inside your crankcase assembly are fine like crankshaft, gearbox, bearings then you only need a top end rebuild but if the inside parts or the crank is bad then it will require complete rebuild.
Just some basic spanners.... A set of c - clip removal pliers... The ratchet set i have is a 1/4 inch by a brand named "Harry Karry"... I don't think it is still available but you can buy any set that is made by a reputed brand.... I have linked some good ratchet kit in the description of my latest videos.... Check them out if you want.
Jeet Bhaskar Thanks a lot! Also, do we need any special tools (Clutch puller, etc?). Coz I had seen Bajaj guys use some special tools to open the engine. I'm on my way to do a complete restoration of my Avenger 220.
Yes .... You will need some speci tools unique for every other bike.... You will need a specific magnet puller to remove the magnet.... A feeler guage to measure the valve and some other clearances.... A special nut tool.... A valve spring compressor..... Clutch puller is something that you can work without as well but it's good to have one.... And if it's a avanger 220 than as far as i know it shares the same engine from pulsar 220 tgan you will need a scissor gear installer tool as well and you may need 1 or 2 more special tools as i said it differs from bike to bike.
Jeet Bhaskar So I need to invest on these tools.. :o Will take a lot more time for me.. As of now I have only invested on a good 3/8 ratchet set. Thanks a lot for your reply. :)
Such things never collected overnight.... I have been slowly-slowly increasing my tools and that's the best way to do it.... Buy only when you need it more than twice otherwise just rent it from some workshop.
I assumed that you did that, but did not include it in the video. So, my assumption was correct. Nice video. Keep up the brilliant work that you are doing.
It depends on how it was built by the mechanic.... A good mechanic with great knowledge and some clean hands can easily match the same performance but if not done well.... Than it will decrese the power for sure.... How the engine will performe just depends on the skills and quality of the work.
Jeet bhaiya ek question hai kya pulsar 220 or ns 200 ke engine me displacement ke alawa quality ka bhi antar hai? I mean what is the difference in engines
it differs from engine to engine, model, year and a lot of other things..... but still if i have to say.... Honda is the best at performance engine like CBR 250R is the benchmark.... Yamaha R15 V2 is also very reliable but it really depends on how you treat her.... can't say the same about V3.... other yamaha engine are not that much reliable.... hero 100 cc engine is very much reliable but the story is different when you go higher in CC.... Suzuki engines are also better.... TVS is not upto my level of satisfaction but Jupiter is great and the new RTR Twins are also better due to better technology.... Bajaj is the least reliable bike but the engine which i rebuilt in this video has done 10,000 kms and still running like a beast without any issue... meanwhile i had replaced my R15 v2 engine twice under warranty and twice with my own money and still she's is asking for a rebuild again...... with that in mind + my experience +other people's experience this is what i can tell you..... from best to worst : Honda, Yamaha(Big Capacity Only) ,Hero(100 cc Only), Suzuki, TVS , Bajaj .
@@JeetBhaskar Going through all your comments I have a question about Dominar 400. I've heard that the build quality is way better than that of other Bajaj Bikes? your views on it? Also, what bike do you suggest me to buy 300cc+ category (Cruiser/Tourer) bike.
Dominar is by far the best polished product by bajaj till date and yes you can go for it but i would suggest you to checkout duke 390 as well as ninja if the budget permit as the 390 is almost 3 lakhs on road and ninja is a bit more expensive than that... If you're looking for a touring bike around 2 to 2.5 lakhs then go for dominar without any doubt.... Yes their will be some tiny bit issues and that terrible bajaj after sales but still at that price you hardly can complaint.
Well... I would love to ride that machine but i don't think that i am that big that i can get a test ride before they start the delivery but still i will try to get my hands on her.
Thoda sa cylinder kit me difference hai inme or jo stator coil hai usme difference hai or LH Cover or RH cover bhi different hain or cylinder head or timing chain to different hai hi.
It vibrates a lot.... Has a hell lot of issues... Not with only thus bike but almost every other bajaj bike has small or big problems.... And then the pathetic after sales and service.... After sales and service is bad with almost every brand out there but the refinement and reliability are really bad of bajaj bikes.

Bilkul bhai i highly agree with you lekin maine mere level pr poore india ke bajaj SVC ko call kr dala tha kisi ko koi clue bhi nhi tha ki workshop manual kis chidiyaa ka naam hai... Or bina torque figures ke torque wrench kisi kaam ka nhi tha to maine fir nhi purchase kiya... Saare bolts maine idea se hi tight kiye the or sab perfectly work kr rha hai.. koi bhi leakage ya bolt ka thread damage nhi hua but still torque wrench jaisi accuracy possible nhi hai... Iska ek recent example batata hu vaise to is pr 1 full video aayegi but short me khu to meri home location shift ho gai or jis friend ki ye bike hai usne SVC se tappets adjust karvaaye the to mechanica ne uske head cover ka 1 bolt overtight kr to or uske thread slip ho gye so it's really important to use torque wrench but as i mentioned earlier, due to the lack of workshop manual, i had to rebuild the motor without it.
@@JeetBhaskar bhai jab hum bike kharidte hai us waqt kuch extra 2-4k daalkar manual mil jaata hai.
aur agar nahi mile toh kuch nahi kar sakte hai.
maine bh ek project pe kaam kiya tha 2 stroke engine par toh usme humne rx135 ka engine use kiya tha par manual nahi hone ke wajah se bohot pareshani ho gayi thi kyonko 2stoke mein accuracy bohot chahiye hoti hai.phir jab humne bohot khoja toh pata chala ki manual aapko bike kharidte samay le leni chahiye.

Did it feel like riding a brand new motorcycle after rebuild?
Exactly.... That's how it felt.
Did you put a gaskit in between engine .?
Yes..... Bajaj uses garket in a new engine as well... It depends on manufacturers... Some use gasket... Others use 3 Bond.
Iam working on bajaj
Every model they are using gasket
On all pulsar model
That's what I said
Hey buddy...I came here after the ns200 rebuild video...I thought you must an engineer who has a done Masters in Automobile or mechanical...I'm quite shocked that you're an arts student...and same time quite , but hell lot of impressive🔥🔥🔥😊
1 -first of all how did you gain such an extreme knowledge , I mean you're on another level
2 -as I'm in 2nd year Automobile engineering , I'm curious to know that , I'm planning to rebuild my dad's 24 year old HERO HONDA CD100...so the Piston's rod is slightly bent
3- my splendor pro which is well ridden 30k km started to making noise ... probably the chain sound or tappet sound ...so my mechanic told me it's the chain..and it needs to be changed...but I don't want to do so ...is there any shortcuts available???

My NS is nearing 1L km, I think an engine rebuild is in order. Nice to see what gets covered in a rebuild.
I am planning to buy NS.. how comfortable ownership is? is.. You had it for 1lakh km.. You must be happy with its performance
Very hard n great work bro keep it up
Thank you brother
Awesome bro....keep it up..☺☺☺😍😍
Thank you bhai.... Make sure you subscribe and share the video as well. 😊😊
Hello there. I am writing you from Turkey. I bought a Victory brand gasket for my Pulsar 200ns engine. is it good quality? should i buy original?
Upto you... I used original
@@JeetBhaskar Thanks a lot for such detail. Can you give me an approximate estimation of both for Pulsar 135.
Can you list the tools you have used? Specially the ratchet set that you have used..
If u provide video like Ktm duke 390 That will b the best n very vety very very very very helpful bro

what was the cost of rebuilding an Pulsar ns engine
how much it cost me if i want to change my old engine with a new one [bajaj pulser NS 200] please help me??
On 99 RPM it shows around 43,000 for the complete engine assembly.
i had a question bro after re building of any engin does it performance decrease or remains the same plz rply..thank you
It depends on how it was built by the mechanic.... A good mechanic with great knowledge and some clean hands can easily match the same performance but if not done well.... Than it will decrese the power for sure.... How the engine will performe just depends on the skills and quality of the work.
Jeet Bhaskar okay thank you so much
Jeet Bhaskar Pulsar AS ,NS have engine parts like crank shaft assembly etc or do they differ from one another. I think both engine bs 3 are same .
BS3 pulsar AS and NS has same engine
Jeet bhaiya ek question hai kya pulsar 220 or ns 200 ke engine me displacement ke alawa quality ka bhi antar hai? I mean what is the difference in engines
Bahut kuch different hai bhai... Quality, fit and finish, technology... Basically ns 200 ka engine 220 se bahut better hai
@@JeetBhaskar thanks for the information 😊
Tapping noise kaise thik kar sakte he?
bro can u give the order of reliable manufacturers, whose engine gives maximum life: hero, tvs, bajaj, honda, yamaha,Suzuki.
it differs from engine to engine, model, year and a lot of other things..... but still if i have to say....
@@JeetBhaskar Thanks for the quick reply. Also, please do post your reviews on the Interceptor 650 once you get your hands on it. Thanks again. :)

Bhai aapne ns aur ktm k engine parts me kuch difference feel kia means parts ka ?? apart from dohc and sohc
Thoda sa cylinder kit me difference hai inme or jo stator coil hai usme difference hai or LH Cover or RH cover bhi different hain or cylinder head or timing chain to different hai hi.
Jeet Bhaskar and bhai overall quality kaisi h ????kyu ki duke bhot jyada costly ho gai h as compared to ns

@@JeetBhaskar cleverly replied..😀
After i rebuilt my ns 200 engine cant able to star my bike i think valves sitting but still not sure so give me some suggestions please
Can be 100 reasons... Can't tell them without seeing the it.... Better take it to the nearest mechanic and get it checked.
Can I know the reason why you are rebuilding the engine, was there any problem with it?
The crank bearing got damaged.... Valve seals were bad and cyclinder was leaking compression.... That's why i rebuilt it.
Jeet Bhaskar are you happy with quality of 200ns?
No buddy.... I am not happy with any manufacturer's quality at some point but bajaj is worse.
Why so what is so bad about bajaj ??
It vibrates a lot.... Has a hell lot of issues... Not with only thus bike but almost every other bajaj bike has small or big problems.... And then the pathetic after sales and service.... After sales and service is bad with almost every brand out there but the refinement and reliability are really bad of bajaj bikes.
