A Fun Day At Disney's Magic Kingdom! | Ride Firsts, Testing New Spring Rolls & Rainy Day Cavalcades!

- In today’s vlog we head to Disney World’s Magic Kingdom for a fun day of riding rides and eating food! We start with a little princess parade as they walked up to the Train Station balcony! Then we have a ride on It’s a Small World, which was Jackson’s first time and he LOVED it! We was so intrigued by everything and it was so adorable. Then we rode Peter Pan’s Flight, another one that was a new ride for Jackson. I think he liked Small World better but he did have a great time on Peter Pan. Then we rode The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, which he also loved! It was honestly the best way to spend the afternoon. We ended our day with some lunch and snacks. We had the coke icee from the Lunching Pad, the spicy chicken sandwich from Cosmic Rays and lastly we tried the new buffalo chicken spring roll, we weren’t super impressed but we also got the cheeseburger spring roll so that saved the day. We couldn’t believe how much the spring rolls are now tho! Would you still buy them? Let us know in the comments down below! Jackson looked like he was having so much fun!!! In regards to Boo Bash we will be going Sept 21st and the tickets were only $129/person which isn’t to much more then the price of any other after hours event. This is not MNSSHP but an actual after hours event with aspects of the party thrown in so when you think about it you are getting the best of both worlds and usually with after hour events the big draw on them is the lower crowds, even lower then MNSSHP. I’m excited to see how they combine the 2 events. We love both for different reasons. 😊😊
September 21 is our Arrival day. We may go to Boo Bash. Haven't decided yet
Oh my Disney, when Fairy Godmother saw Jackson and said "hello, my sweet prince, I love you", that made me squee so much
I still can’t believe the silhouettes are sold there after all these years. We had ours done when we came over as kids and I’m 54 now!
I LOVE the Fairy Godmother. Every interaction I’ve ever had or observed with her has been so sweet 💕
My parents got silhouettes made of me and my two sisters when we were youngsters. I am now 70 years old. A couple of years ago, I got silhouettes done of my 5 grandchildren at Disneyland. They are all framed and placed around my old silhouette. You're right - silhouettes make wonderful souvenirs!
Jackson's face on It's a Small World was just priceless! I could just hear his little voice in my head while he was pointing saying, "What dis". Such an awesome experience getting to see the rides through your child's eyes as they ride them for the first time. Just precious ❤️. Huge hugs and love to you guys xoxo

I think Disney is getting carried away with prices. Those tickets for Boo to You are absolutely ridiculous. It's a definite no for me.

I agree! I gone to a couple of MNSSHPs and they were fun but nothing I NEED to do again. Now that they have cut down the perks and raised the price I wouldn't even consider it!
Ticket prices just to get in the parks are ridiculous.

This is a saying from my parents who helped my sister and I wait in many a Disney line. It took forever for us to understand yet now we get it. "The slower you walk the less you stand." Jackson is a smart cookie he will figure it out!
I really appreciate the info on the pricing/pricing difference and party prices/ pros & cons. Really appreciated and so helpful. I was thinking it’s kinda crazy how much Disney increasing pricing when they have less staff and offering a lot less. Kinda sad to see but again have a huge place in my heart for Disney!

I was at the Magic Kingdom recently and I can’t tell you how often I checked Instagram and my surroundings to see if I could spot the Trackers- just to point them out to my hubby and say “look it’s them!” 😂
I got my husband to watch your videos before our trip and they actually helped us make our 1 day at Disney the most amazing day yet. (My husband also says that Tim’s voice is just very calming)

I wish people would stop paying extreme prices at Disney so it wouldn’t encourage them to keep jacking up the price of everything !! $9.50 for two egg rolls is so crazy. Maybe they’re trying to make up for the few months they lost during the lockdown? But boo bash is definitely not worth that price to me I’d rather just spend that money on another day at the parks

I just can't warrant the prices for Disney anymore, more money for less. With the strong rumours doing the rounds at the moment that park hopping at will will cease with park reservations remaining, no deal, i'm out.
Am I the only one that prefers the Cavalcades? It's nice to see the characters much more frequently, and it doesn't shut down the traffic flow for a long. Also, it was great finally seeing characters go around Epcot again (I know Epcot wasn't in this video, just mentioning it lol)

I always love seeing Jackson doing his happy dance. His excitement is contagious. We did the Christmas after hours 2 years ago and loved it and are planning on coming next year but I would not pay for this year's event. Thanks for sharing all the info throughout the park. I'm hoping by then the characters are back out mingling with people.

Watching Jackson in It's A Small World made me tear up. His reactions were similar to my boys at that age. They are 9 and 11 now and it seems like just yesterday when they were Jackson's age. It goes so fast, enjoy those moments.
I don’t usually mind a bit crazy prices for Disney stuff, but even I have pause at the cost vs what you get for this boo bash. Obviously if they sell out, it’s not priced too high for some.
I’ve been a DVC member since 1999 but the marginal utility of vacationing at WDW is no longer worth the marginal cost for my family.
Either that or they had a VERY limited number of tickets they were selling (more-so limited than ever before, perhaps). Only time will tell which one is the case. When the "sold out" after parties start in August, we'll know for sure.

Boo Bash? My goodness, no way. $160 per person is absolutely crazy.
Not So Scarry was $89, I believe in 2019.
I can’t say for sure but I do believe the starting price for the last not so scary was 79 but the new event starts at 129 not 160 like Tim said. I think it’s all relative. It increases in price on weekends and the closer it gets to Halloween just like it did before. The difference now is it will be less people and certain things are included into the price. That is why it is less hours as well. Also the park closes at least a half hour before the event starts so technically you also get that half hour without regular park guests and not just the three as Tim said. Also the first couple events before Labor Day go till 12:30 so you get an extra half hour at a cheaper price than if you went in October
Would love to see y'all make a Jackson's top 10 list of rides/ attractions!
Also- I do hope they gradually (and safely of course) continue to open up more things, hopefully open up shows and character interactions soon. I hope we get to a point where that is possible!

Hi, this was fun. Seeing the Princesses and Fairy godmother in beginning, magical. Jackson riding 'It's a Small World' and enjoying it made me smile😊. I like it too, there's so much to see on the ride. Winnie the Pooh and Peter Pan are must rides for my sister and I, we love the classic rides. Watching y'all ride together was priceless. Oh my happy heart! I am crying tears of joy. To see Jackson on it's a small world reminded me of when my kids were little(one and three). That memory of them at magic kingdom is one of my favorite. It is a shame Disney won't let you use the whole song in the vlog. On Peter pan, I thought time was gonna say" look kids, big Ben, parliament." Lol On Winnie the Pooh, time skipped Jackson's reaction when tigger bounced. Wow, this was from Jun 3rd. But thanks for showing him on the classic rided.

Yes, people are going to the Boo Bash, in fact they added additional dates. I tried calling for over 7 hours the day they were released to resort guests, finally got through at 6:00 pm and didn't get an agent until 8:40. Well worth the extra expense to do the Magic Kingdom, after hours with minimal waits, plus some extra Halloween fun!
You should go to the Enchanted Tiki Room with Jackson. I think he will like it!

It’s unreasonable to expect a little one to wait in hour long lines. I’m glad you realize his limits. I can’t wait for fast passes to come back though, it makes everything so much easier for toddlers
Agree! We are out of state passholders with small children. Used to do rides that we only had a fast pass to and got to do 5-8 rides a day with very minimal wait (about 15mins). Now we only do 2-3 rides due to long waits and with small children and it’s hard for them to wait too long. I seriously hope fast passes come back especially as they are increasing capacity.

Prices are way crazy! We always took food with us and maybe get a snack - but even that got way too expensive! I have an air fryer and make a huge batch of Eggrolls/spring rolls.

That’s an insane price for the Halloween after hours event, especially for such a limited time in the park. That’s also an insane price for burnt, greasy egg rolls. I wouldn’t pay for either.
I am so excited for Disney's Boo Bash. It took me two days (With a two hour hold time once I finally got into the call cue) to purchase tickets for my mom and I during our stay in August but I am glad I did it. The cast member I spoke to, Edith, was super helpful and nice. This trip is a special gift for my mom, so I've been working nearly full time while also being a full time college student but in the end, this trip is going to be a great reward! The Boo Bash just makes us that much more excited (Even though it is a bit pricey) Can't wait to see the event in person! Love all your videos!
