Have always self isolated when going thru things. It’s because I don’t like bothering people with what I’m going thru. Was not encouraged to express how I feel. It has effected any relationship I’ve tried to have. Get told by people close to me that people treating you bad is just how it is. Have only ever been able to rely on myself.
